Abstract

본 발명은 하이드로실릴화 반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물을 포함하고, 실리콘 수지, 하이드로실릴화 반응 억제제 및, 에폭시 및 알콕시 작용기를 갖는 오가노실리콘 화합물, 알케닐실라놀, 오가노티탄 화합물 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물을 포함하는 점착 촉진제를 포함하는, 각종 기재에 대해 향상된 경화성 및 점착력을 나타내는 경화성 피복 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하이드로실릴화 반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물(A), 하이드로실릴화 반응 억제제(B) 및 점착 촉진제(D)를 포함하는 경화성 피복 조성물에 있어서, 점착 촉진제(D)가 에폭시 및 알콕시 작용기를 갖는 옥가노실리콘 화합물(i), 오가노티탄 화합물(ii), 알케닐 작용성 실라놀 말단 폴리오가노실록산(iii) 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물(iv)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지(C)를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 킬레이트 화합물(iv)이 알루미늄 킬레이트 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 경화성 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노티탄 화합물(ii)이 티탄의 알콜레이트와 아실레이트 중에서 선택됨을 추가의 특징으로 하는 경화성 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 (C)가 필수적으로 일반식 R'R2SiO1/2및 R3SiO1/2의 1가 실록산 단위 M(여기서, R은 1가 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, R'는 1가 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 나타낸다)과 구조식 SiO4/2의 4가 실록산 단위 Q로 이루어진 수지(단, 당해 수지는 분자당 하나 이상의 R'그룹을 포함한다)임을 특징으로 하는 경화성 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알케닐 작용성 실라놀 말단 폴리오가노실록산(D) (iii)이 일반식 H-(OSiRa 2)n(OSiRaR')m-OH(여기서, Ra는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 6내지 8의 아릴 그룹이고, R'는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 불포화 탄화수소 그룹이며, n 및 m은 각각 1 내지 6이다)에 따름을 추가의 특징으로 하는 경화성 피복 조성물.
  6. 하이드로실릴화 반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물(A), 하이드로실릴화 반응 억제제(B), 실리콘 수지(C) 및 에폭시 및 알콕시 작용기를 갖는 오가노실리콘 화합물(i) 오가노티탄 화합물(ii), 알케닐 작용성 실라놀 말단 폴리오가노실록산(iii) 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물(iv)을 포함하는 접착 촉진제(D)를 포함하는 경화성 피복 조성물을 합성 직물에 도포하고 피복 조성물을 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 합성 직물의 피복방법.
  7. 하이드로실릴화 반응에 의해 경화될 수 있는 조성물(A), 하이드로실릴화 반응 억제제(B), 실리콘 수지(C) 및 에폭시 및 알콕시 작용기를 갖는 오가노실리콘 화합물(i) 오가노티탄 화합물(ii), 알케닐 작용성 실라놀 말단 폴리오가노실록산 (iii) 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물(iv)을 포함하는 점착 촉진제(D)를 포함하는 조성물로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 합성 직물.
