Claims (8)

  1. 정보 판독ㆍ기록용 외부 기기와의 사이에서 자기적 결합에 의하여 정보의 수수를 행하기 위한 카드형 장치에 설치되는 박막 전자 변환기에 있어서, 제1부분(30a)과 이 제1부분(30a) 보다 얇게 형성된 제2부분(30b)을 가지는 기판(30)과, 상기 제1부분(30a)에 박막 형성된 전자 변환 코일수단(31,32)과, 상기 제2부분(30b)에 박막 형성된 접속수단(34)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속수단(34)은 상기 카드모양 장치에 설치되어 정보의 판독ㆍ기록에 제공되는 반도체 메모리에 접속되는 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 메모리와 싱기 접속수단(34)을 다시 접속할 수 있는 이방성 도전 막막 리이드선(36)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 자성체 기판(30)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 비자성체 기판(30)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 변환 코일수단은 서로 반대방향으로 자속을 발생하는 한쌍의 코일수단(31,32)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기.
  7. 정보 판독ㆍ기록용 외부기기와의 사이에서 자기적 결합에 의하여 정보의 수수를 행하기 위한 카드형 장치에 설치되는 박막 전자 변환기의 제조방법에 있어서, 기판(30)에 소정 두께를 가지는 제1부분(30a)과 이제1부분(30a) 보다 얇게 제2부분(30b)을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1부분(30a) 및 제2부분(30b)에 각각 서로 접속된 제1코일수단(31a,32a) 및 접속수단(34)을 박막 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제1코일수단(31a, 32a) 위에 소정의 드로우 홀(37,38)이 뚫린 절연막(40)을 형성하는 단계와, 이 절연막(40)위에 상기 드로우 홀(37,38)을 거쳐 상기 제1코일수단(31a,32a)에 접속된 제2코일수단(31b,31b)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접속수단(34)을 상기 카드형 장치에 설치된 정보의 판독ㆍ기록에 제공되는 반도체 메모리에 다시 접속하기 위해 이방성 도전 박막 리이드선(36)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자 변환기의 제조방법.
