패널 인터로킹 장치(Panel interlocking Arrangement)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 베이스 패널(base panel)이 중첩되고 로킹 탭(locking tab)중의 하나가 맞물려서 튜브형상을 이루는 포장 용지의 개략 사시도이다.
제2도는 로킹 오프닝에 삽착될 위치에 있는 하나의 로킹탭을 도시한 중첩된 베이스 패널의 부분 평면도이다.
제3도는 로킹 구멍내에 인터로크(interlock) 된 하나의 로킹탭을 도시하는 부분 절개 사시도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 한쌍의 패널중의 하나로부터 타형된 U형상의 로킹탭과 다른 패널에 제공되고 상기 로킹탭을 수용하기 위해 배열된 신장된 로킹 구멍으로 구성되는 중첩되는 한쌍의 패널을 함께 고정하는 패널로 인터로킹 장치에 있어서, 로킹탭은 베이스의 하나의 패널로 힌지되고 대향되는 측면 가장자리를 가지고 있으며, 로킹 구멍은 로킹탭이 로킹 구멍에 맞물릴 때 로킹탭의 측면 가장자리와 대체로 함께 정렬되는 거리를 두고 위치한 측면 가장자리로 구성되어 있으며, 로킹탭의 각 측면 가장자리는 로킹탭이 로킹 구멍으로 삽착되는 위치에서 로킹 구멍의 측면 가장자리와 맞물림으로써 선택적으로 변형되는 다수의 변형된 가장자리부로 형성되어 있고, 로킹탭은 다수의 선택된 위치에서 로킹 구멍으로 로크된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로킹탭의 측면 가장자리가 서로 평행된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 측면 가장자리로부터 다른 측면 가장자리까지의 로킹탭의 폭은 로킹 구멍의 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 변형된 부분은 로킹탭의 가장자리부에 있는 연속 절단선에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각 가장자리부에 있는 절단선은 서로 평행되고 있고, 하나의 측면 가장자리부에 있는 절단선은 대향되는 측면 가장자리부에 있는 절단선과 함께 대체로 일치한 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 절단선이 로킹탭의 베이스 방향을 집중된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 절단선이 로킹탭의 베이스에 대해 분기된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 로킹 구멍은 그 구멍내에 로크된 위치에 있는 로킹탭을 지지하기 위해 배열된 리테이닝 탭에 의해 형성되고 있고, 리테이닝 탭은 상기 패널이 중첩되고 리테이닝 탭이 로킹 구멍내에 맞물릴 때 로킹탭의 베이스로 부터 거리를 두고 위치된 베이스에 있는 다른 패널에 힌지된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 로킹 구멍의 측면 가장자리를 리테이닝탭의 베이스 쪽으로 분기된 것을 특징으로하는 패널 인터로킹장치.
  10. 제3항에 잇어서, 로킹탭의 측면 가장자리는 고킹 구멍의 측면 가장자리보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹장치.
  11. 패널의 하나로부터 타형되는 로킹탭과 로킹탭을 수용하기 위하여 배열되고 다른 패널로 부터 타형된 로킹구멍으로 구성되는 중첩된 한쌍의 패널을 함께 고정하는 패널 인터로킹 장치에 있어서, 로킹탭은 대향되는 측면 가장자리를 가지고 있으며 베이스에 있는 하나의 패널에 힌지되어 있고, 로킹구멍은 로킹탭이 로킹 구멍내에 맞물릴 때 로킹탭의 측면 가장자리와 함께 정렬되는 거리를 두고 떨어진 측면 가장 자리로 구성되어 있으며, 로킹탭의 측면 가장자리의 적어도 하나는 로킹탭이 로킹구멍내로 삽착되는 위치에 있는 로킹 구멍의 상호 작동하는 측면 가장자리에 의해 선택적으로 변형되는 가장자리부를 가지고 있으며, 로킹탭은 다수의 선택된 부분에 있는 로킹 구멍에 로크된 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 인터로킹 장치.
  12. 패널쌍이 제1항 또는 제9항에 따르는 패널 인터 로킹장치를 가지고 있으며, 카톤이 조립될 때 중첩되어 고정되는 한쌍의 패널을 포함하는 한쌍의 포장식카톤을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
