Claims (4)

  1. 아래 일반식의 조성을 갖는 촉매의 존재하에서 이소부틸렌 또는 3급 부타놀을 분자상 산소를 사용하여 기상 접촉 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 메타클로레인 및 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
    일반식 : MoaWbBicFedSbeCrfSigAhXiYjZkOl1
    (상기 식중:Mo,W, Bi, Fe, Sb,Cr, Si 및 O는 각각 몰리부덴, 텅스텐, 비스머스, 철, 안티몬, 크롬, 규소 및 산소이고, A는 닉켈 및 코발트로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, X는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘및 타륨으로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, Y는 마그네슘, 아연, 망간, 카드미늄, 아연 및 바륨으로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, Z는 붕소, 유황, 염소, 셀리윰, 주석 및 티탄으로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k 및 1는 각 원소의 원자비율을 나타내고, a=12일때 b=0.01-2, c=0.0l-3, d=0 5-4, e=0.01-3, f=0.01-3, g=1-20, b=1-12, i=0.01-2, j=0.0l-5, k=0-3이고 1는 전기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하기에 필요한 산소의 원자수이다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a 내지 1는 각 원소의 원자비율을 나타내고, a=12일때 b=0.03-1, c=0.1-2, d=1-3.5, e=0.1-2, f=0.03-1, g=3-18, h=3-10, i=0.05-1, j=0.1-4, k=0-1이고, 1는 전기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하기에 필요한 산소의 원자수의 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타클로레인 및 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 원료가 이소부틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 메타클로레인 및 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 원료가 3급 부타놀임을 특징으로 하는 메타클로레인 및 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
