Claims (6)
- 측정된 파라미터를 수신하고, 추정알고리즘을 사용하여 추정된 파라미터를 연산하는 모듀율파라미터 추정기와, 상기 주정기와 연계되어 있으면서 상기의 추정된 파라미터에 비례-적분-미분알고리즘을 인가시키는 PID제어신호를 산출하는 모듀율 PID파라미터 변환와, 상기 PID파라미터 변환기와 연계되어 있으면서 프로세스를 제어하기 위한 PID제어기와, 상기 추정기와 연계되어 있으면서 상기 추정된 파라미터에 내부 모델 알고리즘을 인가시켜 내부 모델 제어신호를 발생시키는 모듀율 IMC 파라미터 변환기, 와 상기 모듀율 IMC 파라미터 변환기와 연계되어 있으면서 피이드포워드인데스와 내부 모델 제어신호를 수신하여 이득예정 제어신호를 발생시키는 이득예정 수단과, 상기 예정수단과 연계되어 있으면서 프로세스를 제어하기 위하여 이득예정 제어신호를 수신하는 IMC 제어기와, 상기 추정기와 연계되어 있으면서 상기의 추정 파라미터를 수신하여 유저 한정 제어신호를 발생시키는 모듀율 유저 한정 파라미터 변환기와, 상기 유저 한정 파라미터 변환기와 연계되어 있으면서 유저 한정 제어신호를 수신하여 프로세스를 제어하는 유저 한정 제어기를 포함하여서 된 적어도 하나의 측정된 파라미터로 프로세스를 제어할 수 있도록 된 자기동조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이득예정 수단은 인덱스에 고정이득 알고리즘을 적용하여 고정이득 예정신호를 발생시키는 고정이득 예정기와, 피이드포워드 신호를 발생시키는 고정이득 예정기와, 피이드포워드신호를 추정하는 피이드포워드신호 주청기와, 상기의 고정이득 신호와 추정된 피이드포워드신호간의 계차신호를 산출하는 제1합산기와, 상기 제1합산기와 연계되어 있으면서 계차신호에 회귀알리즘을 부여하여 회귀분석을 실시하는 회귀단위와, 상기 회귀단위와 연계되어 있으면서 회귀단위로부터의 회귀분선신호를 수신하고, 이를 다항식에 적용시키는 다항식 단위와 다항식의 인자로서 상기 인텍스를 포함시키기 위해 상기 인덱스를 다항식 단위에 연계시키고, 상기 이득예정기와 다항식 단위와 연계되어 있으면서 이들로부터의 출력이 부가되고 이부가된 출력을 IMC 제어기에 적용시키는 제2합산기를 포함하여서 된 자기동조 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이득예정 수단은 상기 피이드 포워드인덱스와 연계되어 있으면서 인덱스의 고정함수인 제어된 동작신호를 발생시키는 제어동작 단위와, 상기 피이드포워드 인덱스와 연계되어 있으면서 피이드포워드 인덱스를 다항식에 적용시키는 다항식 단위와, 상기 다항식 단위와, 연계되어 있으면서 다항식 단위의 출력값을 한정하는 제한기와 IMC 제어기와 제어동작 단위와 한정기로부터 각각 입력되어지며 프로세스에 적용 가능한 보정제어 동작신호를 발생시키는 제1합산기와, 상기 제어동작 단위와, 상기 합산기의 출력과 각각 연계되어 있으면서 제어동작신호와 보정제어 동작신호간의 계차를 산출하는 계차 단위와, 상기 계차단위 및 인덱스와 연계되어 있으면서 다항식에 다항계수를 적용시키는 다항식 단위에 다항식 계수를 부여하기 위해 다항식을 발생시키는 회귀알고리즘 계수단위를 포함하여서 된 자기동조 제어시스템.
- 파라미터 추정함수로 추정된 파라미터를 산출시키기 위해 측정된 파라미터를 수신하고, PID 제어신호를 산출하여 프로세스를 제어하기 위해 비례-미분-적분변환에측정된 파라미터를 부여하며, 프로세스를 모델화시켜 모델화된 제어신호를 발생시키기 위해 내부 모델 파라미터에 추정된 파라미터를 부여하고, 고정 이득예정신호를 발생시키기 위해 프로세스의 한가지 특성을 나타내는 피이드포워드 인덱스를 이득예정 알고리즘에 부여하며, 합산된 제어신호를 산출하고 이 신호에 따라 프로세스를 제어하기 위해 고정이득 예정신호와 모델제어신호를 합산시켜서 되어지는 측정 파라미터에 의한 프로세스제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고정이득 예정신호는 회귀분석신호를 산출하기 위하여 회귀분석에 부여되어지고, 프로세스 제어신호를 발생시키기 위하여 인덱스와 회귀신호를 다항식에 적용시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 다항식은 그 출력값을 제한시켜서 되어지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
