Claims (4)
- 각각의 분해 전단계의 전환제품을 분리한 후의 잔류잔사가 각각의 분해 다음 단계에 공급되고, 모든 열분해 전단계의 반응이 각각의 열분해 다음 단계보다 더 높은 압력과 온도하에서 그러나 체류시간은 더 작은 상태에서 행해지는 다단계에서, 중질 잔사를 유연하게 열분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로, 중금속 및 황이 많은 원유 잔사를 열전환함으로써 종래에 사용가능한 연료유 및 경질제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계의 수가 둘이고, 제1분해 단계는 약 1MPa에서 조작하고 제2단계는 거의 대기압하에서 제1단계보다 약 25℃ 더 낮은 온도에서 그리고 제1단계의 체류시간의 3배인 체류시간에서 조작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1단계가 약 20분의 체류시간과 약 425℃의 온도에서 조작되고 제2단계가 약 60분의 체류시간과 약 400℃의 온도에서 그리고 공급량에 대해서 약 15%의 스팀분사를 하면서 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잔류잔사의 점도가 유연한 2단계 열분해공정으로부터의 미리 수소-촉매로 처리된 중질 증류액 부분의 접촉분해로부터 최소한 부분적으로 발생하는 FCC 사이클 오일과 혼합함으로써 조정되는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
