잔류 탄화수소유의 열 분해 방법 및 이에 의해 생산된 탄화수소유

제1도는 감압에서 분해된 잔류물을 증류시키는 실시양태를 나타낸다.
제2도는 분해된 잔류물을 탈아스팔트화 시키는 실시양태를 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 단계 1 : 열 분해 지역내의 온도를 직접적인 열 교환 수단에 의해 420℃-850℃로 유지시키기 위해, 충분히 높은 온도의 합성기체 및 잔류 탄화수소유를 열 분해 지역에 공급하고 ; 단계 2 : 단계 1로부터의 분해 된 생성물을 (a) 합성 기체를 함유하는 기체성 분류물, (b) 하나 또는 그 이상의 탄화수소 증류 분류물 및 (c) 분해된 잔류물로 분리하고 ; 단계 3 : 단계 2로부터의 분해된 잔류물을 아스팔텐이 비교적 적은 하나 또는 그 이상의 중탄화수소유와 아스팔텐이 비교적 많은 하나 또는 그 이상의 탄화수소유로 분리하고 ; 단계 4 : 합성 기체 생산과 더불어 증기 및 산소 존재하에서 단계 3으로부터의 아스팔텐이 비교적 많은 하나 또는 그 이상의 중탄화 수소유를 기체화하고 ; 단계 5 : 단계 4로부터의 합성 기체를 단계 1의 합성 기체로 적용하는 단계들로 구성된 잔류 탄화수소유의 열 분해 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 1의 열 분해가 420℃-645℃범위의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단계 1의 열 분해가 460℃-550℃범위의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 1이 3-10바아 범위의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 1의 열 분해가 1초-10분 범위의 평균 잔류 시간에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단계 1의 열 분해가 10초-10분 범위의 평균 잔류 시간에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 4로부터의 합성 기체내에 존재하는 열이 기체가 단계 5에서 적용되기 전에 냉각 매체를 사용하여 간접적인 열 교환 수단에 의해 그로부터 회수되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 4로부터의 합성 기체내에 존재하는 금속 입자 및 회분이 기체가 단계 5에서 적용되기전에 탄소질 생성물 입자들에 대해 선택적으로 제거되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 2로 부터의 분해된 잔류물이 단계 3에서 부대기압에서의 증류 수단에 의해 아스팔텐이 비교적 적은 하나 또는 그 이상의 중탄화수소유 중류물과 아스팔텐이 비교적 많은 중 잔류 탄화수소유로 분리되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 2로 부터의 분해된 잔류물이 단계 3에서 추출제와 접촉되어 아스팔텐이 비교적 적은 중탄화수소유를 함유하는 추출상과 아스팔텐이 비교적 많은 중탄화수소유를 포함하는 추출 잔류물을 형성하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 추출제가 프로판, 부탄, 이소부탄 및/또는 펜탄인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항의 공정에 의해 얻어진 탄화수소유.
