Claims (9)
- 임의의 수치 극 쌍을 가지는 영구자석 회전자와, 고정자와 다위상 시스템을 형성하는 최소한 2개의 권선을 포함하며, 회전자의 영구자석 자계에 의해 권선에 유도된 전압에 따라 좌우되는 그의 각 위상은 정류 상태에 따른 정류 단계를 수행하기 위하여 전자 스위칭 소자에 의해 직류원의 부극성 또는 정극성극에 접속되는 콜렉터 없는 직류 모터용 제어회로에 있어서,순간적인 정류 상태에 좌우되는 주어진 극성에 대응하는 전자 스위칭 소자에 의해 직류원에 인가되지 않는 권선 전압의 극성을 표시하는 비교 신호가 발생되고,상기 비교 신호는 전자 스위칭 소자가 턴오프됨에 따라 권선 과도 효과가 스퓨리어스 제로 교차점을 발생하게 하는 간격에서 금지되고,상기 스위칭 소자는 비교 신호가 대응 극성을 표시하지 않으면 하나 더 정류 단계로 스위치되도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,측정 전압(Ui)이 전자 스위칭 소자에 의해 직류원에 권선이 접속되지 않은 권선 전압의 간격을 포함하는 신호(Uxj)로부터, 외부로 유용하거나 계산된 스타-정 전압을 감산하여 계산되며,명목-위상 신호(sui)가 모터의 순간적인 정류 상태에 대한 측정 전압의 적절한 극성을 한정하도록 발생되며,명목-위상 신호(sui)에 의해 한정된 극성과 측정 전압(ui)의 극성이 동일한지를 표시하는 비교 신호(si)가 발생되고,상기 비교 신호(si)는 전자 스위칭 소자가 턴오프됨에 따라 과도 효과가 스퓨리어스 제로 교차점이 권선에서 발생하게 하는 간격 동안에 주어진 시간 길이에 대해 금지되며,상기 전자 스위칭 소자는 명목-위상 신호(sui)에 의해 한정된 명목 극성과 측정 전압의 다른 극성의 경우에 비교 신호(sui)에 응답하여 하나의 정류 단계만큼 전진되도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직류모터용 제어회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,전자 스위칭 소자가 예정된 시간 간격 동안에 비교 신호(si)에 의해 전진되지 않는다면 스위칭 소자가 부가적인 정류 단계로 스위치 되도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제2 또는 3항에 있어서,명목-위상 신호(sui)와 전자 스위칭 소자의 상태가 예정된 시간 간격동안 비교 신호(si)에 의해 스위칭소자가 가동되지 않는 각 시간 또는 비교 신호(Si)에 의해 발생된 시프트 신호(sh)에 의해 전진되면 6 위치를 통하여 주기 반복하는 시프트 레지스터의 출력 신호의 2진 조합에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제2 또는 3항에 있어서,측정 전압(ui)이 아날로그 멀티플렉서와 아날로그 계산회로에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,측정 전압(ui)이 예정된 부극성 전압(ur3, ur2) 이하로 감소하거나 정극성 전압을 초과하는 간격 동안에 비교신호(si)가 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,스퓨리어스 제로 교차점을 제거시키기 위하여, 전자 스위칭 소자의 각 스위칭 작동후에 예정된 시간 동안 및 각 과도 효과후에 예정된 시간동안 비교 신호(si)가 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제2 또는 3항에 있어서,비교 신호(si)의 발생 간격동안 측정 전압(ui)의 극성은 명목-위상 신호(sui)에 의해 표시되는 바와 같이 측정 전압(ui)의 극성과 반대인 극성을 가지는 예정된 소전압 (ur1)을 측정 전압(ui)이 초과하거나 그 이하로 감소함에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.
- 제7항에 있어서,각과도 효과후에 비교 신호(si)가 금지되는 동안 예정된 시간 간격의 길이는 과도 효과의 기간에 좌우되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터용 제어회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
