에텐 및 1산화탄소의 공중합체로부터 촉매 잔류물을 제거하는 방법

Claims (8)

  1. 팔라듐 포스핀 촉매 존재하에 중합 반응시켜, 1산화탄소와 에텐 그리고 임의의 울레핀성 불포화 수소로 이루어진 공중합체를 제조함에 있어서, 공중합체와 1산화탄소를 유기액내 현탁액중에서 1산화탄소 분압 0.1bar 이상의 압력과 중합반응 온도도보다 20°이상 높으며 60℃이상의 온도에서 접촉시켜 공중합체로 부터 촉매 잔류물을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1산화탄소의 분압이 1bar이상이고, 온도가 80°내지 200℃인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 중합체가 메탄올 또는 에탄올중의 현탁액으로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1산화탄소와 접촉시킨 후의 중합체를 현탁액으로부터 분리하고, 잔류하는 팔라듐 함유 용액을 추가 중합반응을 위해 촉매용액으로 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 1산화탄소 및 에텐의 공중합체인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 1산화탄소, 에텐 및 프로펜의 터폴리머인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체가 팔라듐 화합물, pKa 2이하인 산의 음이온(단, 산은 하이드로할로겐 산 이외의 산 임) 및 일반식 R1R2-P-R-P-R3R4(R1,R2,R3및 R4는임의로 극성그룹으로 치환될 수 있거나 치환되지 않을 수 있는 탄화수소 그룹이고, R은 2이상의 탄소로 결합된 2가, 유기 가교 그룹임)의 2좌 배위자 포스핀(bidentate ligand phosphine)으로 이루어진 촉매 존재하에 제조한 것인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용한 2좌 배위자 포스핀은 1,3-비스(디페닐포스핀)프로판, 또는 2-메틸-2-(메틸디페닐포스핀)-1,3-비스(디페닐포스핀) 프로판인 방법.
