Claims (9)
- 싱글 모오드 발진을 하는 반도체 레이저와, 이 반도체 레이저의 출사광을 정보 매체의 면위에다 스퍼트로서 결상시키는 초점 조정 렌즈와, 상기 스퍼트와 정보 매체의 면과의 편차를 검출하는 초점 에러 검출 수단과, 상기 초점 에러 검출 수단의 출력 신호에 응답해서 상기 스퍼트와 정보 매체의 면과의 편차를 보정하는 초점 에러 보정 수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 정보 매체로 부터의 반사광의 적어도 일부를 상기 반도체 레이저에 되돌려 보내는 것과 동시에 상기 초점 조정 렌즈에는 색수차가 있으며 상기 초점 조정 렌즈가 다른 레이저 파장에 대해서 그 광축방향의 다른 위치에다 상기 스퍼트를 결상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동초점 제어 방식.
- 상기 초점 조정 렌즈는 파장 변화 1nm당, 상기 스퍼트의 결상 위치의 편차가 3/2 λ/NA2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자동 초점 제어 방식. 단 상기식에서 λ는 상기 반도체 레이저의 중심 파장, NA는 상기 초점 조정 렌즈의 개구수이다.
- 상기 반도체 레이저에 되돌려 보내는 광의 양이 5% 이상이고, 상기 초점 조정 렌즈는 파장 변화 1nm당 상기 스퍼트의 결상 위치의 편차가 1/20 λ/NA2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 자동 초점 제어 방식.
- 상기 반도체 레이저에 되돌려 보내는 광의 양이 1-5%이고, 상기 초점 조정 렌즈는 파장 변화 1nm당 상기 스퍼트의 결상 위치의 편차가 1/10 λ/NA2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 자동 초점 제어 방식.
- 상기 반도체 레이저에 되돌려 보내는 광의 양이 0.5-1%이고 상기 초점 조정 렌즈는 파장 변화 1nm당 상기 스퍼트의 결상 위치의 편차가 1/5 λ/NA2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 자동 초점 제어 방식.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 상기 초점 조정렌즈가 복수개의 조합렌즈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서 상기 조합 렌즈는 압베수가 작은 재질로 된 볼록 렌즈와 압베수가 큰 재질로 된 오목 렌즈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 상기 초점 조정렌즈는 프레넬존 플레이트 렌즈로 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 상그 초점 조정렌즈가 홀로그램 렌즈로 된 것을 특징으로 한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
