Claims (5)

  1. 일반식(II)의 2-알킬설포닐-피리미딘 유도체를 필요한 경우 촉매존재하, 필요한 경우 산수용체 존재하 및 필요한 경우 희석제의 존재하에 0 내지 150℃에서 시안아미드 또는 시안아미드의 금속염과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 2-시아노아미노-피리미딘 유도체의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 임의로 치환된 알킬 또는 임의로 치환된 알콕시를 나타내며, R2는 수소, 알킬 또는 할로겐을 나타내고, R3는 수소, 할로겐, 임의로 치환된 알킬 또는 임의로 치환된 알콕시를 나타내고, R4는 임의로 치환된 알킬을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 온도 10내지 100℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비양자성 극성용매를 희석제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸-아세트아미드, 아세토니트릴 또는 프로피오니트릴을 비양자성 극성용매로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 2-알킬설포닐-피리미딘 유도체몰당 1내지 2몰, 바람직하게는 1.1내지 1.5몰의 시안아미드 또는 이에 상응하는 양의 시안아미드 금속염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
