Claims (12)
- 다음에 기재하는 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 아미노-벤즈 아미도-안트라퀴논과 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 디할로 게노-안트라퀴논과를, 물 또는 유기용매로 되는 반응용매체 내에서 구리를 기본물질로 하는 촉매 및 산성물질을 화합포착하는 물질을 존재시키고서 디할로게노-안트라퀴논/아미노-벤즈아미도-안트라퀴논의 몰비를 1보다 크게하고서 온도범위 130°내지 230°에서 반응시켜서 일반식(1)의 α-벤즈아미도-α´-할로게노-1,1´-디안트리미드류를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 뱃트물감제조용 신규중간물 α-벤즈아미도-5´(또는 8´)-할로게노-1,1´-디안트 리미드류 등의 α-벤즈아미도-α´-할로게노-1,1´-디안트리미드류의 제조방법.위의 일반식에서,R는 경우에 따라 4,5 또는 8의 위치에 결합하는 치환 분인 벤즈아미도기이고, X는 4,5 또는 8의 위치내지 4´,5´ 또는 8´의 위치에 결합하는 할로겐원자이다.
- 첨가사용하는 아미노-벤즈아미도-안트라퀴논 1몰 비량에 대하여 촉매체인 구리금속 또는 구리염류를 0.01 내지 0.3몰 비량으로 첨가사용하는 청구번위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 첨가사용하는 아미노-벤즈아미도-안트라퀴논 1몰 비량에 대하여, 산성물질을 화합포학하는 물릴조 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토류금속염 또는 알킬리토금속산화물 등을 1.5내지 7.5몰비량의 비율로 첨가사용하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제 3항 기재의 방법.
- 온도범위 185°내지 22℃로 되는 물의 어느 하나를 반응용매체로 하고서 반응을 수행하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제 3 항 기재의 방법.
- 온도범위 140°내지 70℃로 되는 유기용매의 어느 하나를 반응용매체로 하고서 디할로 게노-안트라퀴논/아미노-벤즈아미도-안트라퀴논의 몰비량을 적어도 1.35에 전급시켜서 반응을 수행하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항 기재의 방법.
- 반응을 매체인 유기용매로 니트로벤젠, 나프탈렌, 2-니트로-톨루엔 또는 폴리할로게노벤젠을 첨가사용하는 청구범위 제5항 기재의 방법.
- 반응용 매체중의 아미노-벤즈아미도-안트라퀴논의 반응출발시의 농도 0.1몰/ℓ보다 크게 하고서 반응을 수행하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제6항에 기재한 어느 하나의 방법.
- 다음에 기재하는 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 α-벤즈아미도-5´(또는 8´)-할로게노-1,1´-디안트리미드류.위 일반식에서,R는 경우에 따라서 4,5 또는 위치에 결합하는 벤즈아미도기를 표시하며, X는 5´ 또는 8´의 위치에 결합하는 할로겐원자를 표시한다.
- 치환분의 R 및 X 가 각기 4 및 5´ 또는 5 및 5´의 위치에 결합하여 되는 청구범위 제8항에 기재의 디안트리미드류.
- X가 브롬원자 또는 염소원자이고, R치환분 아닌 벤조아미드기로 하여 되는 청구범위 제8항 또는 제9항 기재의 디안트리미드류.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제7항에 기재한 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 얻는 디안트리미드류로 α,α´-디벤즈아미도-디프탈로일카르바졸 계열의 뱃트물감 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제7항 방법에서 얻는 디안트리미드류를 벤즈아미도화 및 고리화반응에 제공하는 청구범위 제11항의 뱃트물감 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
