Claims (5)

  1. 일반식(II)으로 표시되는 아미노티아졸 유도체 또는 그 산부가 염을 일반식(III1)으로 표시되는 시안아미드 유도체 또는 일반식(III2)으로 표시되는 아미디노피라졸 유도체와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 구아니디노티아졸 유도체 또는 그 산부가 염의 제조방법.
    상기 식중, R1및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 것으로서, 각각 수소 원자 또는 알킬기(탄소원자수 1 내지 3개)이고, m은 1 또는 2이고, n은 2,3 또는 4이고, R3및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 것으로서, 각각 수소 원자 또는 알킬기(탄소원자수 1 내지 3개)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노티아졸 유도체 또는 그 산부가 염을 루이스 산촉매 존재하에서 시안아미드 유도체와 반응시키는 방법.
  3. 제3항에 있어서, -(2-아미노티아졸-4-일메틸티오)프로피오니트릴 또는 그 산부가 염을 시안아미드와 반응시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 반응을 루이스 산촉매 존재하에서 행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(2-아미노티아졸-4-일메틸티오)프로피오니트릴을 아미디노피라졸 염산염과 반응시키는 방법.
