Claims (8)
- 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해방법에 있어서, 양이온 교환막에 의하여 구분된 전해조의 격실에 묽은 부식 알카리 수용액을 공급하는 단계와, 상기 조내에서 상기 수용액을 전해하는 단계와, 농축된 부식 알카리수용액을 다른 격실에서 회수하는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서, 철, 니켈 혹은 그들의 기초합금이 전극물질로 사용되며, 정방향의 전류가 인가되는 각 전기분해후에 상기 전극에 반대방향의 전류가 인가되어 전기분해가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정방향의 전류인가 시간이 15분이나 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 역방향으로 인가된 전류의 총합이 정방향으로 인가된 전류의 총합의 3 내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식성 알카리수용액의 전해방법.
- 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해방법에 있어서, 양이온 교환막에 의하여 구분된 전해조의 격실에 묽은 부식성 알카리수용액을 공급하는 단계와, 상기 조에서 상기 수용액을 전해하는 단계와, 농축된 부식성 알카리수용액을 다른 격실에서 회수하는 단계를 포함하며, 철, 니켈 혹은 그들의 기초합금이 전극재질로 쓰이며, 정방향의 전류가 인가되는 각 전기분해 후에 상기 전극에 반대방향의 전류가 인가되어 전기분해가 일정한 시간동안 수행되며, 다음 전해질을 공급 및 방출방향을 반전시키고, 상기 일정한 시간의 전기분해에 대하여 부방향 전류가 인가되는 각 전기분해후에 전류가 반대방향으로 인가되어 일정한 시간동안 전해가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 정방향 혹은 부방향 전류 인가 시간이 15분이나 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인가되는 부방향 전류의 총합이 정방향 인가 전류의 총합의 3내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 일정한 시간이 100 내지 1000 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해방법.
- 양이온 교환막에 의하여 구분된 전해조를 포함하는 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해장치에 있어서, 철, 니켈 혹은 그들의 기초합금이 전극물질로 사용되고, 상기 전해조가 양이온 교환막이나 전극에 대응하는 선에 대하여 대칭이 되도록 동일한 형태를 갖는 격실 및 전해질 공급 및 방출수단을 포함하고, 전극의 극성반전과 전해질의 공급과 방출방향을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 묽은 부식성 알카리 수용액의 전해장치.
