Claims (21)
- 음극 및 양극을 구비하고 세퍼레이터에 의하여 분리되지 않거나 분리되는 전기분해 셀에서의 직류를 이용한 전기분해에 의하여, 맥동 음극 전류를 이용하여, 또한 양극 공동생산 프로세스와의 결합에 의하여, 프로세스 용액 및 유출수로부터 금속을 회수하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 맥동 음극 전류는 양극에 의하여 발생되며, 상기 양극은 개개별로 또는 그룹으로 조합된 2 내지 100 mm의 너비의 스트립으로 분리되고 음극 표면에 대하여 평행 또는 동심원적으로 고정 배치되며, 반면 분리되지 않은 음극 표면은 양극 스트립들의 세로 길이에 수직 방향으로 1 내지 10 m/s의 속도로 통과하도록 가이드되고, 두개의 인접한 양극 스트립들 또는 양극 스트립 그룹들의 측벽 사이의 거리가 양극 스트립들 또는 양극 스트립 그룹들의 중심과 음극 사이의 수직 거리에 적어도 1.5배가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스 용액 및 유출수로부터 금속을 회수하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 몇몇 양극 스트립들 또는 양극 스트립 그룹들 사이의 거리는 다른 것들 사이의 거리보다 상당히 큰 거리를 갖도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전류 격막 및/또는 흐름 브레이커로 사용되는 내부구조가 양극 스트립들 또는 양극 스트립 그룹들 사이의 공간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- ●전해질 용기(1),●전해질 용기 내부에 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 실린더 음극(5),●상기 용기 외부에 배치되고, 그 샤프트가 실린더 음극(5)에 직접 연결된 적어도 하나 이상의 구동장치(4),●전기분해 전류를 회전 실린더 음극으로 전달하기 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 슬라이딩 컨택트들(21),●실린더 음극 주변에 동심원적으로 배치된 양극들(6),●분리된 셀의 경우 추가되는, 양극들과 실린더 음극 사이에 배치되는 세퍼레이터들(13) 로 구성되고,상기 양극들은 개개별로 또는 그룹으로 조합되어 양극 포켓(8,11)에 배치되는 2 내지 100 mm의 너비의 양극 스트립들(6)이 수직으로 배치되어 형성되며,각 양극 포켓들 사이의 거리는 양극 스트립들과 음극 사이의 수직 거리에 적어도 1.5배가 되고, 그 측벽을 양극 스트립들과 음극 사이의 수직 거리의 적어도 25%를 넘게 연장되며, 전위-보호 전류 격막 및 난류-증가 흐름 브레이커로서 동시에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 포켓들(8)은 분리된 셀의 경우, 세퍼레이터들 (13)을 구비하여 양극 전해질(16,18)을 위한 공급 및 방출을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 양극 포켓들(8,11)은 실린더 음극 둘레에 불규칙하게 분산되고, 따라서 각각의 양극 포켓들 사이의 거리는 다른 양극 포켓들 사이 거리의 몇배가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 음극(5)의 구동장치(4)는 전해질 용기(1)의 내부에 리퀴드-타이트 및 가스-타이트 방식으로 분리된 공간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 용기(1) 내부에 쿨러(12)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 음극(5)의 회전 속도는 주파수-조절 구동장치(4)를 사용하므로써 가변될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 음극(5)은 특수강철로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더 음극(5)은 어느 정도 원뿔형으로 디자인 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 스트립들(9)은 백금, 귀금속 산화물 또는 도프된 다이아몬드로 코팅된 티타늄, 니오븀, 탄탈룸 또는 지르코늄의 밸브 금속 중 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터(13)로서 이온 교환 막 또는 미세다공성 플라스틱 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리된 셀의 경우, 세퍼레이터(13)를 구비한 상기 복수의 양극 포켓들(11)은 유체역학적으로 연속적 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 간격은, 콘(cone)형 실린더 음극(5)의 경우, 양극들 또는 양극 포켓들이 실린더 음극의 콘(cone)에 대응되는 기울기를 갖도록 전해질 용기 내부에 배치됨에 의하여 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 음극에서는,●구리, 니켈, 철, 코발트, 아연, 카드뮴, 크롬, 납, 주석, 레늄, 은, 금, 백금 및 다른 귀금속들을 포함하는 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 금속이, 10 mg/l 만큼 작은 감소 수준 하강을 갖는 일괄적 또는 연속적인 공정으로, 밀집된 형태로 침전되고, 평균 2 내지 10 A/dm2의 음극 전류 밀도에서 회수되며,●부가적으로 존재하는 산화제 과산화황산염 또는 과산화수소는 음극적으로 환원되고,●부가적으로 상대적으로 높은 원자가의 금속 화합물은 더 낮은 원자가 물질을 갖는 금속 화합물로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하고,양극에서는 산소가 형성되고 (및/또는)●산화제 및 산세제들이 발생 또는 재생되며,●무기 및/또는 유기 오염물질들이 산화에 의하여 완전하게 또는 부분적으로 분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는분리된 또는 분리되지 않은 전기분해 셀을 사용하는 맥동 음극 전류을 이용한 금속 회수를 위한 제 1 내지 15항 중 어느 항에 따른 방법 및 장치의 사용 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 배출된 과산화이황산염 산세 용액으로부터, 먼저 용해된 금속들이 완전하게 또는 부분적으로 음극적으로 침전되고, 동시에 변형되지 않은 과산화황산염들은 환원되며, 그 후 사용된 과산화이황산염들은, 백금 또는 도프된 다이아몬드로 코팅되고 20 내지 100 A/dm2범위 내의 전류밀도와 50 내지 500 A/l의 전류농도의 양극에서 완전하게 또는 부분적으로 양극적으로 재산화되며, 이러한 방식으로 재생되는 산세 용액은 산세 조로 재공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음극적으로 처리된 산세 용액에서 금속 황산염 및 황산 농도의 총합인 황산염의 농도는 2 내지 5 mol/l이고, 사용되는 황산염들은 나트륨, 마그네슘, 아연, 니켈의 것들이 각 경우 단일 또는 혼합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 산화에 의하여 분해된 오염물질들은 시안화물 및 시안화 화합물, 유기 착화제, 황화물, 티오황산염, 황산염, 유기염소 화합물, 아질산염 및 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 분리된 전기분해 셀의 경우, 상기 양극 및 음극 공간들에는 다른 프로세스 용액이 공급되고, 양이온/음이온 교환 막을 통한 질량 이동이, 양이온/음이온의 수준을 높이거나 낮추기 위해 및/또는 각 경우 다른 전극 공간으로 양이온/음이온이 이동하는 것을 막기 위해, 의도적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 20 항에 있어서, 금속 염화물을 함유한 프로세스 용액은, 양이온 교환 막에 의하여 분리된 전기분해 셀의 음극 공간에서 전기분해되고, 반면 양극 공간들은 황산 또는 다른 무-염화물 용액을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용 방법.
