Claims (9)
- 용강을 수용가능한 취과와, 취과내의 용강상의 슬래그중에 침지되며 용강과의 사이에 아크를 형성하는 봉상의 전극과, 전극을 삽통시키는 삽통공을 구비하며, 취과를 쒸울 로뚜껑과, 삽통공에 배설된 시일수단, 이 시일수단은, 전극에 그 긴쪽방향으로 습동가능하게 끼워 맞추어진 제1 시일부재와, 제1 시일부재와 로뚜껑사이에 양자와 밀봉적으로 배설되며 전극과의 사이에 간극을 갖는 제2 시일부재등을 갖는 아크가열용 로의정련장치.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 제2 시일부재는 전극을 향하여 개스를 토출하는 제1 토출구를 갖는 아크가열용 로의정련장치.
- 상기 제2항에 있어서, 제2 시일부재는 하측을 향하여 개스를 토출하는 제2의 토출구를 갖는 아크가열용 로의 정련장치.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 제2 시일부재는 전극의 중심축 둘레에, 전극을 중심으로 하여 회전하는 개스류를 형성하는 개스류 형성수단을 갖는 아크가열용 로의 정련장치.
- 상기 제4항에 있어서, 개스류 형성수단은 제12시일부재에 형성되며, 그 개스토출방향이 전극중심을 벗어난 수평방향인 제3의 개스토출공을 갖는 아크가열용 로의정련장치.
- 상기 제5항에 있어서, 개스류 형성수단은, 제2의 시일부재에 형성되며, 하측을 향하여 개스를 토출하는 제4의 개스토출구를 갖는 아크가열용 로의 정련장치.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 제2 시일부재는, 그 내부에 형성되며 냉각수가 통류하는 냉각수 통로를 갖는 아크가열용 로의 정련장치.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 로뚜껑의 상측에 설치된 집진카버와, 이 집진카버에서 개스를 흡인하는 흡인장치등을 구비하며, 이 집진카버는, 로뚜껑에서 떨어져서 설치된 상자형의 본체, 이 본체는 전극이 삽통된 삽통공을 갖는 아크가열용 로의정련장치.
- 상기 제8항에 있어서, 본체는 흡인장치에 연결된 복수개의 흡인구를 갖는 아크가열용 로의전련장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
