Claims (10)
- 전원에 연결시킬 수 있는 제1 및 제2 전극과 전극이 전원에 연결되었을 때 전류가 흐르게 되는 층상의 저항 가열소자로 구성되어 있는 층상가열기로서, 전극이 전원에 연결되었을 때 상기 가열기는 (가) 전극 사이의 가열소자를 통해 전류가 흐르게 되는 적어도 하나의 가열영역과 (나) 전극 중 적어도 하나에는 전류가 흐르지만 가열소자에는 전류가 흐르지 않는 적어도 하나의 접속 영역으로 구성되게 되는 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 전극은 그 두께를 통해 낮은 전기 저항을 갖지만 그 두께를 따라 상당한 전기저항을 갖는 층상 전극이며, 전극사이에 가열소자가 샌드위치되어 있는 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전원에 연결시킬 수 있고 제1 및 제2 전극에 각각 분산전기 접촉시켜 주는 제1 및 제2 전기접촉수단을 구비하고 있으며, 가열영역에서 적어도 하나의 전극상에 접촉영역을 통과하는 최소한의 전기저항 경로에 의해 각 접속수단 연결된 지점이 있는 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 가열소자가 PTC 현상을 나타내는 전도성 중합체로 구성되는 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제1항에서 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적절한 전원에 연결되었을 때 형상변화를 수반하는 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제1항에서 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열기가 적당한 전원에 연결되었을 때 열반응을 수행하는 전기적 비전도성 소자에 고착된 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비전도성 소자가 열수축성 중합체 시트이며, 가열기는 중합체 시트가 수축할 때 개구의 형상변화를 통해 변형을 겪게 되는 계구형 가열기인 층상의 전기 가열기.
- 기지에 보호덮개를 부여하기 위한 것으로서, (가) 제1항에서 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 가열기를 구성하고 있는 열복원성 제품을 기지에 인접설치하는 단계와, (나) 전원에 전극을 연결시켜 제품에서 가열기의 가열영역에 대응하는 선정된 부분을 복원시키는 단계로 구성된 보호덮개 설치방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 제품의 내표면에서 적어도 하나의 선정된 영역에 코팅된 열활성화 접착제를 구비하고 있는 보호덮개 설치방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 기지는 전화케이블의 스플라이스로 구성되며, 제의은 스플라이스를 둘러싸는 동시에 제품위 긴 가장자리에 고정된 밀폐장치에 의해 위치 고정된 두르게 제품이고, 제품의 선정된 부분은 전화 케이블에 수축접촉하는 제품의 끝부분과 적어도 하나의 길이방향 가장자리 부분으로 구성된 보호덮개 설치방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
