Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 피리륨염을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 단일치환된 히드라진과 반응시키고 생성된 상응염류를 염기로 처리하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 베타인 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서, R1은 수소원자, 아미노기 또는 2-퓨릴-메틸-아미노, 2-테닐아미노와 같은 치환된 아미노기를 나타내며, R2,R3,R4,R5,R6는 동일 또는 상이하게 수소원자, C1-C4즉쇄 또는 측쇄의 저급알킬기, 또는 페닐과 같을 아릴기, 카바밀기, 아미드기를 나타내며 X는 약제학적으로 유용한 음이온산을 나타낸다.
- 일반식(Ⅴ)의 N-아미노피리늄과 일반식(Ⅵ)의 산클로라이드를 반응시키고 일반식(Ⅰ)의 상응 베타인을 염기베지에서 생성하는 일반식(Ⅰ)유도체의 제조방법.여기서, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6는 1항에서와 같으며 Z는 Cl, I또는를 나타낸다.
- 일반식(Ⅶ)의 N-(2,4-디니트로페닐)-피리디늄 클로라이드와 일반식(Ⅳ)의 단일치환된 히드라진을 반응시키고 양자수용체로서 사용되는 3차아민의 존재하에 반응이 수행되어 일반식(Ⅰ)의 상응베타인 유도체의 제조방법.여기서 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6는 1항에서와 같다.
- 알콜, 케톤과 같은 적당한 용매에서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유도체를 식 HX의 산과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅱ)의 상응 N-아미노피리디늄염류 유도체의 제조방법.여기서 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6는 1항에서와 같다.
- 약학적으로 유용담체와 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)의 최소한 한가지 유도체를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
