Claims (11)
- 붕소 30중량%이상 함유한 알루미늄을 기본으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법에 있어서 붕소를 붕화알루미늄 형태로 용융알루미늄에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕화 알루미늄이 디보라이드 AlB2및 도우데카보라이드 AlB12에 의해 형성된 그룹에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕화물이 평균입도 5-30㎛인 입자형태로 주입되여 알루미늄에 침투되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕화물이 주입되기 전에 AT5B에 의해 알루미늄이 조질화되는 것을 특징으로 하는복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융알루미늄이 붕화물의 주입공정 동안 환원용제에 의해 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융알루미늄이 붕화물의 주입 공정동안 교반되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕화물의 주입속도가 알루미늄 온도가 응고 온도이상으로 유지되도록 조절되는 것이 특징인 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈 가스화작업이 복합합금을 주조하기전에 이행되는것이 특징인 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 제조방법의 적용에 있어서, 내마모성 복합합금의 제조방법에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 제조방법의 적용에 있어서, 중성자 배리어를 제조하는 복합합금의 제조방법에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법의 적용.
- 제1항에 따른 제조방법의 적용에 있어서, 압연, 단조, 압출, 인발 및 주조에 의해 제조된 그룹에 속하는 제조방법의 하나를 이용한 복합합금의 성형에 의해 부품을 제조하는데 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합합금의 제조방법의 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
