Claims (20)

  1. 방염성 조성물로 된 첫번째 층이, 표면을 따르는 방향으로 높은 인장강도를 갖는 물질로 된 두번째 층에 접합되어 있는 복합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 방염성 네오프렌 포움으로 이루어지며, 두번째 층은 유리섬유 직물로 이루어진 복합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 이루어지며, 두번째 층은 적어도 하나의 지지층을 유리섬유 가닥들의 망체에 접합시켜서 이들 유리섬유 가닥이 갈라지지 못하도록 한 유리섬유 직물로 제조된 복합체.
  4. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제3항에 있어서, 방염성 조성물로 된 세번째 층을 더욱 포함하며, 이 세번째 층은 상기 첫번째 층과는 반대쪽으로 두번째 층에 접합되어 있는 복합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 방염성 네오프렌 포음으로 제조된 복합체.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 제조된 복함체.
  7. 방염형 조성물로 된 첫번째 층을, 표면을 따르는 방향으로 높은 인장강도를 갖는 물질로 된 두번째 층에 접합시키는 것으로 구성되는 복합체 층의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 방염성 네오프렌 포음으로 제조되어 있고, 두번째 층은 유리섬유 직물로 제조되어 있는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 제조되어 있으며, 두번째 층은 적어도 하나의 지지층을 유리섬유 가닥들의 망체에 접합시켜서 이들 유리섬유 가닥이 갈라지지 못하도록 한 유리섬유 직물로 제조되어 있는 방법.
  10. 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 방염성 조성물로 된 세번째 층을 상기 첫번째 층과는 반대쪽으로 두번째 층에 접합시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 방염성 네오프렌포음으로 제조되어 있는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 제조되어 있는 방법.
  13. 경화되지 않은 방염성 네오프렌 포음의 층을 유리섬유 직물의 층위에 침착(沈着) 시키고, 상기 유리섬유 직물의 층위에 침착된 네오프렌 포음을 이 네오프렌 포음을 경화시켜서 유리섬유 직물에 접합시킬 수 있는 온도조건 및 기타의 조건으로 유지되는 경화구역내로 통과시키는 것으로 구성되는 복합체 층의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 네오프렌은 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)이며, 상기 유리섬유 직물은 하나의 물질층이 유리섬유 가닥들의 망체에 접합되어서 이들 유리섬유 가닥이 갈라지지 못하게 되어 있는 방법.
  15. 매트리스의 실질적으로 모든 가연성 성분들을 복합체 층이 감싸고 있으며, 이 복합체 층은 방염성 조성물로 된 첫번째 층이 표면을 따르는 방향으로 높은 인장강도를 갖는 물질로 된 두번째 층에 접합되어서 구성되고, 이 복합체 층의 상기 첫번째 층은 불길에 드러났을 경우에 그슬림(charring)으로써 매트리스의 내부를 열 및 불길로 부터 보호하며, 상기 두번째 층은 매트리스가 불길에 노출되었을 경우에 이 매트리스가 파열됨을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트리스.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 방염성 네오프렌 포음으로 제조되며, 두번째 층은 유리섬유 직물로 제조된 매트리스.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층은 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 제조되며, 두번째 층은 하나의 물질층을 유리섬유 가닥들의 망체에 접합시켜서 이들 유리섬유 가닥이 갈라지지 못하도록 한 유리섬유 직물로 제조된 매트리스.
  18. 제15항, 제16항, 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 층과는 반대쪽으로 두번째 층에 접합되어 있는 세번째 층이 상기 복합체 층에 더욱 포함되는 매트리스.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 방염성 네오프렌포음으로 제조된 매트리스.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 세번째 층이 보오나(VONAR; 등록상표)로 제조된 매트리스.
