Claims (8)

  1. 제2카르복실기 함유 중합체를 제1반응 생성물과 혼합하여 제조된 제2반응 생성물과 액체 담체로 주로 구성된 수용성 피복 조성물에 있어서, 상기 제1반응 생성물이 유기 매체중에서 (A)-(B)성분의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 피복 조성물; (A) 750-5000의 에폭시 당량을 갖고 분자당 평균 1.5-2의 말단 1,2-에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 수지 50-90중량%((A)와 (B)의 중량기준); (B) 평균 분자량(광산란에 의해 측정)이 10000-160000이 고산가가 100-500이며, 에폭시 수지에서, 1,2-에폭시기의 당량당, 카르복실기의 공급원이 모노-프로틴산일 때 적어도 1.25당량의 카르복실기와 카르복실기의 공급원이 디프로틴산 일 때 적어도 2.0당량의 카르복실기를 제공하기에 충분한 양의 제1카르복실기 함유 중합체; (C) 에폭시 수지에서 1,2-에폭시기 당량당, R1R2R3N(여기서, R1및 R2는 알킬 부분에 1 또는 2의 탄소원자를 갖고 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 알킬기이며 R3은 1-4의 탄소원자를 갖고 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1각 알킬기임), 피리딘, N-메틸피롤, N-메틸 피페리딘, N-메틸 피롤리딘, N-메틸 모르폴린 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 적어도 1.25당량의 3급 아민; (D)선택적으로, (B)의 카르복실-기능 중합체와 화학 양론적으로 반응하기에 필요한 적어도 하나의1급. 2급 또는 3급 아민 또는 단일기능의 4급 암모늄 수산화물10-90%(1,2-에폭시기에 대한 카르복실기의 비를 증가시키기 위해서 카르복실-기능 중합체가 물에 분산될 수 있도록 아민의 양을 증가시킴); (E) (A)와 (B)의 100중량부당 5-200중량부의 양으로 혼합되고 평균 분자량(광산란에 의해 측정됨)이 약10,000-160,000이며 산가가 상기 제1카르복실-기능 중합체보다 적어도 50단위 큰 제2카르복실-기능 중합체(상기 제2반응 생성물은 (A),(B) 및 (E)를 기준으로 에폭시 수지(A) 30중량% 이상을 함유함).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연속적인 상이 수성상이 되고 (E)가 제1반응 생성물과 혼합되기에 충분한 양으로 물이 제1반응 생성물과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (E)가 제1반응 생성물과 혼합되어 제2반응 생성물을 만든 다음, 연속적인 수성상이 되기에 충분한 양으로 물이 제2반응 생성물과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, (E)가 제1반응 생성물과 혼합되기 전에 제2 카르복실-기능 중합체(E)가 아민으로 중화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 3차 아민(C)이 수용액으로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1카르복실기 함유 중합체의 산가가 상기 제2카르복실기 함유 중합체의 산가보다 적어도 100단위 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B),(C),(D) 및 (E)가 약 1.0-50중량%의 피복조성물로 구성되고, 나머지는 물과 선택적으로는 유기액체(부피비 70:30 내지 100:0)인 액체 담체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기의 공급원이 모노-프로틴산이고, 상기 제1카르복실기 함유 중합체는 1,2-에폭시기의 당량당 카르복실기 1.5-2.5당량을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하며 상기 (C)의 3차 아민은 1,2-에폭시기의 당량당 2.0-2.5당량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
