Claims (22)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 아미노메탄포스포닉산을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 글리옥살과 이산화황 존재하 수성매체에서 반응시키고 결과생성물을 분리시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화황을 아미노메탄포스포닉산과 물에 용해시킨 글리옥살의 현탁액에 도입시키는 공정.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이산화황의 최소양이 형성된 맑은 용액인 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응혼합물이 이산화합으로 포화되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응혼합물을 60 내지 120℃로 가열시키는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 온도가 85℃ 내지 반응혼합물의 비점사이인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노머성 또는 폴리머성 글리옥살의 수성용액이 사용되는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용액을 5 내지 120분간 가열시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화황이 바운드 형태로 사용되는 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이산화황이 소디움, 포타슘 또는 칼슘의 하이드로겐 설파이트형태 또는 글리옥살과 함께, 소디움, 포타슘 또는 칼슘과 이것의 비스하이드로겐 설파이트 형태로 사용되는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노메탄포스포닉산과 물에 용해시킨 글리옥살의 현탁액을 이산화황으로 5 내지 20℃에서 포화시키며 형성된 용액을 85 내지 105℃에서 20 내지 40분간 가열시키고 생성물을 결정화에 의해 부리시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화황과 글리옥살을 물에 용해시킨 아미노메탄 포스포닉산의 현탁액에 도입시키는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 아미노메탄포스포닉산의 현탁액을 30 내지 90℃로 예열시키는 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서, 아미노메탄포스포닉산의 현탁액을 35 내지 75℃로 예열시키는 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 사용된 이산화황의 양이 글리옥살의 몰당 2몰 이하인 공정.
- 제15항에 있어서, 사용된 이산화황의 양이 글리옥살의 몰당 0.3 내지 1.5몰 인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리옥살을 아미노메탄포스포닉산과 알카리금속 하이드로겐 설파이트의 현탁액에 첨가시키는 공정.
- 제17항에 있어서, 알카리금속 하이드로겐 설파이트의 양이 글리옥살의 몰당 적어도 0.01몰인 공정.
- 제17항에 있어서, 반응혼합물을 75℃ 이상 온도로 가열시키는 않은 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 반응혼합물을 60 내지 120℃로 가열시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화황과 글리옥살을 30 내지 90℃에서 아미노 메탄포스포닉산의 현탁액에 동시에 첨가하며 형성된 용액을 85 내지 105℃로 20 내지 40분간 가열하고 생성물을 결정화에 분리시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서 글리옥살을 75℃ 이하 온도에서 아미노 메탄포스포닉산과 알카리금속 하이드로겐설파이트의 적어도 0.01몰의 현탁액에 첨가하며 혼합물을 75℃ 이하온도에서 0.5 내지 3시간 가열하고 생성물을 결정화에 의해 분리시키는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
