Abstract
본 발명은 1)농축 황산의 존재하에 아미노디아세트산을 아인산 및 수용액 내 포름알데하이드 공급원과 반응시키는 단계; 2) 단계(1)에서 침전된 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산 생성물을 여과 및 회수시키는 단계; 3) 단계(2)에서 얻은 여액을 회수 시킨다음 이로부터 임의로 일부분의 물을 제거시키는 단계; 4) 황산의 존재하에 추가의 이미노디아세트산이 아인산 및 포름알데하이드 공급원과 반응하는 추가의 반응 단계로 단계 (3)에서 얻은 여액을 도입시키는 단계; 5) 수차례 재순환시켜 단계 (1),(2),(3) 및 (4)를 반복시키는 단계로 구성되는 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산의 제조 방법에 관한다.

Claims (7)
1)농축 황산의 존재하에 아미노디아세트산을 아인산 및 수용액 내 포름알데하이드 공급원과 반응시키는 단계; 2) 단계(1)에서 침전된 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산 생성물을 여과 및 회수시키는 단계; 3) 단계(2)에서 얻은 여액을 회수 시킨다음 이로부터 임의로 일부분의 물을 제거시키는 단계; 4) 황산의 존재하에 추가의 이미노디아세트산이 아인산 및 포름알데하이드 공급원과 반응하는 추가의 반응 단계로 단계 (3)에서 얻은 여액을 도입시키는 단계; 5) 수차례 재순환시켜 단계 (1),(2),(3) 및 (4)를 반복시키는 단계로 구성되는 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산의 제조 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 물을 단계(3)에서 제거시키는 방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이미노디아세트산의 몰당 1-1.5몰의 아인산을 사용하는 방법.
전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미노디아세트산의 몰당 1-2몰의 포름알데하이드를 사용하는 방법.
전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미노디아세트산의 몰당 0.5-2몰의 황산을 사용하는 방법.
전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (1)의 반응 온도가 50-150℃인 방법.
