Claims (5)
- 고정 스크로울 부분(2), 상기 고정 스크로울 부분에 대하여 회전에 적합한 회전 스크로울 부분(3), 상기 회전 스크로울 부분을 회전시키고 크랭크 부분을 포함하는 크랭크축(9), 축 부분과 이들 사이의 균형추(22), 상기 회전 스크로울 부분에 설치되고 크랭크축의 크랭크 부분을 지지하는데 적합한 첫번째 베어링(8), 상기 크랭크축의 축부분을 지지하는 두번째 베어링(11)과 세번째 베어링(12), 상기 균형추와 접촌되어 있고 크랭크축에 인가되는 축방향부하를 받기에 적합한 트러스트 베어링(29), 상기 회전 스크로울부분의 배면에 위치하고 균형추에 설치되어 있는 중간방(25), 흡입압력과 배기압력의 중간이 되는 중간의 압력을 갖는 스크로울형 압축기에서 상기 크랭크축에 인가되는 축방향 부하를 조절하기 위한 조절장치. 상기 배기압력에 종속되는 크랭크 부분의 상단 표면과 축부분의 하단표면을 갖는 조절장치. 상기 중간 압력에 종속되는 균형추와 상단표면과 하단표면 상기 크랭크부분의 상단 표면과 균형추의 상단표면의 면적으로부터 받는 압력의 합은 실제로 축부분의 하단부분과 균형추의 하단 표면의 면적으로부터 받는 압력의 합과 같으므로 축방향 힘이 단지 한쪽축 방향으로만 크랭크축에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울형 압축기용 베어링장치.
- 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절장치에서 일반적으로 배기압력에 종속된 크랭크부분의 상단표면과 축부분의 하단 표면의 면적으로부터 동일한 압력을 받는 스크로울형 압축기의 베어링장치.
- 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 상기 조절장치에서 일반적으로 중간압력에 종속된 균형추의 상단 표면과 하단 표면의 면적으로부터 동일한 압력을 받는 스크로울형 압축기의 베어링장치.
- 특허청구범위 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서 균형추의 하단 표면과 접촌되도록 두번째 베어링의 상단부에 트러스트 베어링을 설치한 스크로울형 압축기의 베어링장치.
- 특허청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 스크로울형 압축기의 구성이 밀폐된 하우징으로 되어있는 스크로울형압축기의 베어링장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
