Claims (8)
- 밀폐한 챔버내에 고정스크로울과 선회스크로울로써 이루어진 압축요소를 그 상부에, 하부에는 전동기부를 배치하고, 크랭크 샤프트의 크랭크부를 선회스크로울에 연결하며, 샤프트부를 프레임에 지지하고, 프레임과 선회스크로울과의 사이에 토출압력과 흡입압력과의 중간의 압력을 갖는 중간압력실을 구비한 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기에 있어서, 전기한 샤프트부를 프레임에서 크랭크부에 가까운 위치에 설치한 구르는 축받이와 크랭크부에서 멀지않은 위치에 설치한 슬라이딩 축받이로써 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프레임에 설치한 구르는 축받이와 슬라이딩 축받이와의 사이에 크랭크샤프트내의 편심급유로에 의해서 빨아올려진 윤활유를 이들의 축받이에 공급하는 급유부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트의 크랭크부에 걸어맞추는 선회스크로울부에는 슬라이딩축받이가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 선회스크로울부의 슬라이딩축받이에의 급유는 편심급유로에 의해서 빨아올려진 윤활유를 크랭크부의 외주에 설치한 축방향의 홈을 통하여 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트의 크랭크부에 걸어맞추는 선회스크로울부에는 래디얼형의 구르는 축받이가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트의 크랭크부에 걸어맞추는 선회스크로울부에는 드러스트형의 구르는 축받이가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
- 제5, 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 선회스크로울부의 축받이에는 크랭크샤프트내의 편심급유로에 의해서 빨아올려진 윤활유가 크랭크 샤프트의 상부의 유실을 통하여 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크로울 압축기의 축받이 장치.
