Claims (2)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 폐환하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하고, 임의로 X가 수소인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 수득한 화합물을 N-브로모숙신이미드, N-클로로숙신이미드 또는 일염화 요오드와 반응시켜 X가 브롬, 염소 또는 요오드이고 m이 1 또는 2인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 브롬인일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 적절한 용매중에서 유기금속화합물과 반응시킨후, 생성물을 저급알킬 할리드 또는 디메틸설페이트와 반응시켜 X가 저급알킬이고 m이 1,2 또는 3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 할로겐이고 m이 1,2 또는 3인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 알칼리금속 저급 알콕사이드 및 아요다이드를 함유하는 혼합물과 반응시켜 X가 저급알콕시이고 m이 1,2 또는 3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 수소 또는 할로겐이고, n,R1및 R2가 다음과같은 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 알킬할로-포르메이트와 반응시켜 X가 수소 또는 할로겐이고, n 및 R1이 다음과 같으며 R2가 -OC2-알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 수소인 수득한 화합물은 니트로화하여 X가 -NO2인수소 또는 저급 알킬인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 환원하여 X가 -NH2이고 m,n 및 R1이 전술한 바와 같으며 R2가 -CO2-알킬인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 -NH2이고 m이 I 이며 n은 0,1또는 2의 정수이고 R1이 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며 R2가 -CO2-알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 저급알킬할리드와 반응시켜 X가 모노-또는 더-저급알킬아미노 그룹이고 m,nR1및 R2X 가 전술한 바와같은 일반식(I)의 화합물을 형성시키거나, 또는 임의로 X가 -NO2이고 m이 1이며 n은 c, 1 또는 2의 정수이고 R1이 수소 또는 저급알킬이며, R2가 -CO2- 알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 팔라듐 촉매존재하에 포름알데하이드로 수소 첨가시켜서 X가 -N(CH3)2이고 m,n,R1및 R2가 전술한 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 니트로, 아미노 또는 모노-또는 디-저급알킬아미노이고 m은 1이며 n이 0.1 또는 2의 정수이고 R1이 수소 또는 저급알킬이며 R2가 -CO2-알킬인 일반식( I )의 화합물을 금속수소화물로써 환원하여 X,m,n 및 R1이 전술한 바와 같고 R2가 -OH3인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키거나, 또는 임의로 X가 수소 또는 할로겐이고 m이 1이며 n이 0,1 또는 2의 정수이고 R1이 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며 R2가 -OC2- 알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 알칼리성 수산화물 또는 알칼리토류 금속 수산화물로써 가수분해하여 x,m,n 및 R1이 전술한 바와 같고 R2가 수소인 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 임의로 X가 수소 또는 할로겐이고 n이 0,1 도는 2의 정수이며 R1및 R2가 저급알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 브롬화시안과 반응시켜 X,n 및 R1이 전술한 바와 같고 R2가 -ON인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키고, 이 시안화합물을 LiA1H4와 반응시켜 x,n 및 R1이 전수한 바오 같고 R2가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하고, 임의로 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 산부가염을 제조함을 특징으로 하는, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 이의 입체이성체 및 약학적으로 허용되는 산부가염의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X는 수소, 할로겐, 아미노, 저급알킬 치환된 아미노, 하이드록시, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시 또는 니트로이고, m은 1,2 또는 3의 정수인데, m이 1보다 큰 경우 X는 동일하거나 다르며, n은 0,1 또는 2의 정수이고, p는 0,1 또는 2의 정수이며, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 및 저급 알킬이고, Y는 염소, 브롬 또는 불소이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물의 폐환을 나트륨 수소화물 존재하에 진행시키는 방법.
