Claims (2)
- R1이 메틸기나 에틸기인 일반식(VIII)의 화합물과X가 N-시아노기 또는 니트로메틸렌기인 일반식(IX)의 화합물을반응시켜 R1과 X가 앞에서 정의된 바와 같이 일반식(X)의 이소티오우레아 유도체를 형성한 후,이 일반식(X)의 티오우레아 유도체를 메틸아민과 반응시켜 X가 N-시아노기나 니트로틸메렌기인 다음 일반식(I)의 4-(5)-알킬메르캅토이미다졸 유도체를 제조하거나 혹은 일반식(VIII)의 유리염기와 메틸 이소티오시안산염을 반응시켜서 X가 황인 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하고, 이렇게 형성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 약물학적으로 수락되는 산을 이용하여 그것의 염으로도 변화시킬 수 있는 4-(5)-알킬메르캅토이미다졸 유도체의 제조방법.(이 식에서 R1은 메틸기나 에틸기이고 X는 N-시아노기, 니트로메틸렌기 또는 황이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 2-포르밀아미노 아세토니트릴을 탈수반응시켜서 일반식(III)의 2-이소시아노아세토니트릴로 변화시키고,수득된 2-이소시아노아세토니트릴을 R1이 메틸기나 에틸기인 일반식(IV)의 티오알코올과 반응시켜서 일반식(V)의 치환된 5-이미다졸을 형성시킨 후,수득한 이미다졸을 파라포름알데히드와 히드로할린산을 이용하여 일반식(VI)의 4-할로겐메틸 이미다졸로 변화시키고,(이 식에서 Hal은 염소나 브롬이다).그 다음에 일반식(VI)의 할로겐 메틸 이미다졸을 단리시키지 않고 일반식(VII)의 시스테아민 염산염과 반응시켜서 일반식(VIII)의 유리염기를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 4-(5)-알킬메르캅토이미다졸 유도체의 제조방법(이 식에서 R1은 메틸기나 에틸기이다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
