Claims (5)

100중량부의 콜로이드성 실리카;
다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴옥시 관능기 실란 또는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 그리시독시 관능 기실란 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 화합물중 5내지 500중량부의 산가수분해 생성물; 10내지 500부의 비실릴 아크릴레이트; 및 자외선증감 광개시제 촉매를 함유함을 특징으로 하여 증진된 내마모성을 갖는 방사선 경화성 피복 조성물.
상기식에서
R3및 R4는 같거나 다른 1가 탄화수소기이며,
R5는 탄소수 2내지 8의 2가 탄화수소기이며,
R6은 수소 또는 1가 탄화수소기이며
b는 1내지 3의 수이며
c는 0내지 2의 수이며
d는 4-b-c 의 수이며
R7및 R8은 같거나 다른 1가 탄화수소기이며,
R9은 탄소수 2내지 8의 2가 탄화수소이며,
e는 1내지 3의 수이며
f는 0내지 2의 수이며,
g는 4-e-f에 해당하는 수이다.
상기 아크릴옥시 관능기 실란이 3-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란, 3-아크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란, 2-아크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 2-메타크릴옥시에틸 트리메톡시실란, 3-아크릴옥시에틸 트리메톡시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, 3-아크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, 2-메타크릴옥시에틸트리에톡시실란, 2-아크릴옥시에틸트리에톡시실란으로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택된 청구범위 제(1)항에 의한 조성물
사익 그리시독시 관능기실란이 3-그리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, 2-그리시독스에틸트리메톡시실란, 3-그리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란, 2-그리시독시에틸 트리메톡시실란으로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택된 청구범위 제(1)항에 의한 조성물
상기 비실릴아크릴에이트(non-silyl acrylate)가 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 3-하이드록시프로필 아크릴에이트, 3-하이드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시-3-메타크릴옥시프로필 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시-3-아크릴옥시프로필 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시-3-메타크릴옥시프로필 메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴에이트, 트라에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸을 프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 테트라하이드로프로우릴 메타크릴레이트 1-6-헥산디올 디아크릴에이트를 구성하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 청구범위 제(1)항에 의한 조성물.
상기 광개시제가 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)을 갖는 방사선 증감 방향족 오니움염인 청구범위 제(1)항에 의한 조성물.
상기식에서
X는 I,P 또는 S로 부터 선택된 기이며,
M은 금속 또는 비금속이며,
Q는 Cl,F,Br 또는 I로 부터 선택된 할로겐기이며,
R10은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 12의 1가 탄화수소기이며,
h는 4내지 6의 수이며,
n은 2내지 3의 수이다.
