Claims (8)
- 오레오바시듐(Aureobasidium)속 또는 그 돌연변이체에 속하는 균주에 의해 생성된 아세틸에스 테라제와 세팔로스포린 C를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소가수분해에 의하여 세팔로스포린 C로 부터 디아세틸세팔로스포린 C를 제조하는 방법.
- 균주가 오레오바시듐 풀루란인 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 균주가 오레오바시듐풀루란 IFO 4466인 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 세팔로스포린 C가 오레오바시듐속의 배양브로스에 함유된 아세틸에스 테라제와 접촉되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 오레오바시듐속의 균주로 배양된 브로스로부터 얻어진 처리물지렝 함유된 아세틸에스테라제와 세팔로스포린을 접촉시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 처리된 물질이 균사체, 비가동 균사체, 비가동효소와 정제된 효소제제로부터 선정되는 청구범위 6에 따른 방법.
- 세팔로스포린 C가 디아세틸세팔로스포린 C를 제조하기 위해서 배양된 브로스에서 생성된 아세틸에스테라제에 의해서 가수분해될 때까지 세팔로스포린 C와 아세틸에스 테라제의 접촉이 세팔로스포린 C-생성미생물의 혼합 배양에 의해 실시되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- (a) 세팔로스포린 C를 디아세틸세팔로스포린 C로 가수분해하는 능력(b) 썹스트레이트 특이성가수분해성 : 초산에스테르비가수분해성 : 초산에스테르의 에스테르(c) 최적 pH : pH4이하(d) 안정한 pH범위 : pH4.0-6.0(e) 최적온도 : 약 37℃(f) 안정온로 범위 :60℃이하(g) km값 : 11.5mM와(h) 금속이온 효과 : 효소작용이 Cu2+,Mn2+,Mg2+,Zn2+,Ni2+,Ca2+,Ba2+와 Fe2+로부터 선정된 금속이온에 의해서 영향을 받지 않음상기의 성질의 갖는 아세틸에스테라제 4466-1(단, 썹트레이트는 상기(c)-(h)에 있는 세팔로스포린 C임)과(a) 세팔로스포린 C를 디아세틸세팔로스포린 C로 가수분해하는 능력(b) 썹스트레이트 특이성가수분해성 : 초산에스테르비가수분해성 : 초산에스테르의 에스테르(c) 최적의 pH : pH4이하(d) 안정 pH : 4.0-6.0(e) 최적 온도 : 약 37℃(f) km값 : 13.7mM과(h) 금속이온의 효과 : 효소작용이 Cu2+,Mn2+,Zn2+,Ni2+,Ca2+,Ba2+Ba2+와 Fe3+로부터 선정된 금속이온에 의하여 영향을 받지 않음.상기의 성질을 갖는 아세틸에스테라제 4466-Ⅱ(단, 썹스트레이트는 (c)-(h)에 있는 세팔로스포린 C이다)로 부터 선정되는 아세틸에스테라제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
