Claims (18)
- (A) 유화제, 오일 및 지용성 성분을 혼합하여 교반하는 단계;
(B) 알지네이트(Alginate) 용액에 상기 교반된 혼합물을 한 방울씩 적가하면서 교반하는 단계;
(C) 상기 (B)단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 균질기(homogenizer)로 균질화하고 -1 내지 3 ℃ 하에서 초음파 처리기(ultrasonicate)로 처리하는 단계;
(D) 칼슘 용액에 상기 (C)단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 한 방울씩 적가하면서 교반하는 단계; 및
(E) 상기 (D)단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 균질기(homogenizer)로 균질화하고 -1 내지 3 ℃ 하에서 초음파 처리기(ultrasonicate)로 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)단계에서 유화제 100 중량부에 대하여 오일 70 내지 120 중량부 및 지용성 성분 1 내지 10 중량부로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)단계에서 유화제는 레시틴(Lecithin)인 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)단계에서 오일은 식물성 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)단계에서 지용성 성분은 비타민A, 비타민D, 코엔자임Q10(coenzyme Q10), 비타민K 및 카로티노이드(carotenoid)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (B)단계에서 교반은 23 내지 27 ℃ 하에서 3 내지 8시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (C)단계에서 균질기로 10000 내지 15000 rpm으로 3 내지 10분 동안 처리한 후 초음파 처리기로 20 내지 50 kHz의 진동수 및 70 내지 80 W의 파워로 5 내지 15분 동안 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (D)단계에서 칼슘 용액은 23 내지 27 ℃ 하에서 1 내지 5시간 동안 미리 교반된 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (D)단계에서 교반은 23 내지 27 ℃ 하에서 3 내지 8시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알지네이트(Alginate) 용액과 칼슘 용액은 0.5 중량% 알지네이트 용액 및 1 중량% 칼슘 용액인 것을 기준으로 1 : 0.6-3의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (E)단계에서 균질기로 10000 내지 15000 rpm으로 3 내지 10분 동안 처리한 후 초음파 처리기로 20 내지 50 kHz의 진동수 및 70 내지 80 W의 파워로 5 내지 15분 동안 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로캡슐의 평균입경은 200 내지 400 nm이며, 분산도는 0.1 내지 0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐.
- (a) 로커스트빈검, 곤약분말 및 카라기난을 포함하는 분말 재료를 혼합하는 단계;
(b) 과일 착즙액, 물 및 올리고당을 포함하는 액상 재료를 혼합하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 분말재료와 액상 재료를 혼합하여 90 내지 110 ℃로 가열한 후 방치하여 온도가 35 내지 45 ℃에 도달하면 상기 제12항의 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 투입하여 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 포함하는 젤리의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 로커스트빈검, 곤약분말 및 카라기난은 1 : 0.8-2 : 1.5-5의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 포함하는 젤리의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계에서 과일은 유자, 감귤, 딸기, 포도, 오렌지, 자몽, 망고 및 키위로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 포함하는 젤리의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계에서 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐은 분말 재료 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 20 중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 포함하는 젤리의 제조방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중에서 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 지용성 성분을 함유한 마이크로캡슐을 포함하는 젤리.
