Claims (10)
- 십이지장 점막 조직을 절제하도록 구성된 전기 수술 기구로서,
환자의 외부에 위치된 발생기로부터 환자의 십이지장 내측에 위치된 치료 부위로 마이크로파 에너지를 전달하기 위한 가요성 동축 케이블; 및
상기 가요성 동축 케이블의 원위 단부에 위치되고, 상기 동축 케이블로부터 마이크로파 에너지를 수신하고 수신된 마이크로파 에너지를 상기 치료 부위에 있는 생체 조직으로 전달하도록 접속된 에너지 전달 구조체를 갖는 어플리케이터(applicator)를 포함하되,
상기 어플리케이터는 상기 에너지 전달 구조체를 치료 영역에서 십이지장 점막 조직과 접촉하도록 이동시키도록 구성된 반경 방향으로 연장 가능한 벌룬을 포함하고; 그리고
상기 에너지 전달 구조체는,
상기 벌룬에 의해 둘러싸인 체적 내부에 위치된 내부 도전성 요소로서, 상기 가요성 동축 케이블의 내부 도전체에 전기적으로 접속되어, 상기 마이크로파 에너지를 상기 치료 부위에 있는 생체 조직으로 론칭(launching)하는, 상기 내부 도전성 요소; 및
상기 벌룬의 외부면 상에 형성된 외부 도전성 구조체로서, 상기 가요성 동축 케이블의 외부 도전체에 전기적으로 접속되는, 상기 외부 도전성 구조체를 포함하는, 전기 수술 기구. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 동축 케이블은 상기 벌룬에 의해 둘러싸인 체적으로 팽창 매체를 전달하도록 구성된 팽창 채널을 포함하는, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도전성 요소는 상기 벌룬에 의해 둘러싸인 상기 체적 내로 돌출하여, 상기 마이크로파 에너지를 상기 치료 부위에 있는 생체 조직으로 론칭)하기 위한 모노폴 안테나(monopole antenna)를 형성하는 상기 가요성 동축 케이블의 내부 도전체의 일부를 포함하는, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도전성 요소는 상기 외부 도전성 구조체와 상기 내부 도전성 요소에 의해 형성된 바이폴라 방출 구조체 구조체(bipolar emitting structure)를 포함하는, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외부 도전성 구조체는 내부에 형성된 복수의 방사 슬롯들을 갖는, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도전성 요소는 상기 벌룬의 원위 단부에서 상기 외부 도전성 구조체에 전기적으로 접속되는, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도전성 요소는 상기 벌룬의 내부면 상에 형성된 도전층인, 전기 수술 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부 도전성 요소는 상기 벌룬에 의해 둘러싸인 상기 체적 내에 위치된 보조 팽창 가능 벌룬의 외부면 상에 형성된 도전층인, 전기 수술 기구.
- 십이지장 점막 조직을 절제하기 위한 전기 수술 장치로서,
환자의 십이지장 내측에 위치된 치료 부위로 환자에게 삽입하기 위한 기구 코드(instrument cord)를 갖는 수술 스코핑 디바이스(surgical scoping device);
마이크로파 에너지를 공급하기 위한 발생기;
제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 수술 기구를 포함하되,
상기 가요성 동축 케이블은 그 근위 단부에서 상기 발생기에 접속되고,
상기 가요성 동축 케이블 및 어플리케이터는 상기 기구 코드와 함께 상기 치료 부위로 삽입 가능한, 전기 수술 기구. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기구 코드는 관통하는 길이 방향 기구 채널을 가지며, 상기 가요성 동축 케이블 및 상기 어플리케이터는 상기 기구 채널에 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되도록 치수가 정해지는, 전기 수술 기구.
