Abstract
따라서, 원자간 결합력이 큰 고분자와 비공유결합을 가지는 초분자형 고분자를 아스팔트와 혼합하여 복합적인 초분자 복합 네트워크 구조가 형성되게 함으로써, 고무아스팔트 내 미세균열 계면을 서로 달라붙게 하여 미세균열 성장을 억제하면서 방수재와 포장체에 자가치유 능력을 부여하고, 산화방지제와 아스팔트가 코팅 또는 함침된 유리섬유 부직포를 고무아스팔트 방수층 상부에 설치하고 그 상부에 자가치유 아스팔트 혼합물을 포설함으로써 다층구조의 일체화를 유도하면서 반사균열 억제와 고무아스팔트 방수층의 분자단위 이상의 손실을 방지하고, 자외선을 차단하여 장시간 고무아스팔트 조성물의 물성유지와 균열 발생을 방지할 수 있게 하는 방수부재 및 방수공법을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 바탕면(102)에 접착제를 도포하여 형성된 접착층(104);
상기 접착층(104) 상부에 스트레이트 아스팔트 60 ~ 80 중량%, 프로세스오일 10 ~ 30 중량%, 이오노머(Ionomer) 1 ~ 10 중량%, 스티렌계 열가소성 고분자 1 ~ 20 중량%, 올레핀계 열가소성 고분자 1 ~ 10 중량%, 보강제 1 ~ 20 중량%, 점착부여제 1 ~ 10 중량%로 조성된 자가치유 고무아스팔트를 0.5 ~ 3.0mm 포설하여 형성된 도막방수층(106):
상기 도막방수층(106) 상부에 산화 및 균열방지를 위한 유리섬유 부직포(202)가 포설된 시트층(108);
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 고무아스팔트 및 유리섬유 부직포를 구비한 방수부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유 부직포(202)는 산화방지제가 포함된 고무아스팔트 또는 블로운 아스팔트가 함침되거나 코팅되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 고무아스팔트 및 유리섬유 부직포를 구비한 방수부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도막방수층(106)과 시트층(108)의 합성 두께는 2.0 ~ 4.0 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 고무아스팔트 및 유리섬유 부직포를 구비한 방수부재.
- 구조물 바탕면(102)의 이물질을 제거하고, 표면 건조상태를 유지시키는 바탕면 정리단계(S1)와;
상기 바탕면 정리단계에 의한 바탕면(102)에 아스팔트계 또는 수지계 접착제를 롤러 및 살포기로 도포하여 접착층(104)을 형성하는 접착층 형성단계(S2)와;
상기 접착층(104)의 상부에 자가치유 고무아스팔트 방수재를 0.5 ~ 3.0㎜ 포설하여 도막방수층(106)을 형성하는 도막방수층 형성단계(S3)와;
상기 도막방수층(106) 상부에 산화 및 균열 방지를 위한 유리섬유 부직포(202)를 포설하여 시트층(108)을 형성하는 시트층 형성단계(S4)를 포함하되,
상기 도막방수층 형성단계(S3)에서의 자가치유 고무아스팔트 방수재는,
스트레이트 아스팔트 60 ~ 80 중량%와 프로세스오일 10 ~ 30 중량%, 이오노머(Ionomer) 1 ~ 10 중량%를 가열교반기에 투입하여 140 ~ 190℃ 온도로 2 ~ 3 시간 가열혼합하여 제1혼합물을 생성하는 제1혼합물 생성단계와;
상기 제1혼합물이 생성되면, 스티렌계 열가소성 고분자 1 ~ 20 중량%와 올레핀계 열가소성 고분자 1 ~ 10 중량%를 첨가한 후, 140 ~ 190℃ 온도로 2 ~ 3 시간 가열혼합하여 제2혼합물을 생성하는 제2혼합물 생성단계와;
상기 제2혼합물이 생성되면, 보강제 1 ~ 10 중량%와 충전제 1 ~ 20 중량%, 점착부여제 1 ~ 10 중량%를 첨가하여 140 ~ 190℃ 온도로 2 ~ 3 시간 가열혼합하여 제조하며,
상기 시트층 형성단계(S4)는,
산화방지제가 포함된 고무아스팔트 또는 블로운 아스팔트가 함침되거나 코팅된 유리섬유 부직포(202)를 맞댐 이음하여 포설함으로써 시트층(108)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 고무아스팔트 방수재 및 유리섬유 부직포를 이용한 방수공법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 도막방수층(106)과 시트층(108)의 합성 두께는 2.0 ~ 4.0 mm 로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가치유 고무아스팔트 방수재 및 유리섬유 부직포를 이용한 방수공법.
