Abstract
본 발명에 따른 교면포장용 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 염해방지 및 중성화를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

지르코알루미네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
염화알루미늄을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며,
포타슘메틸실리코네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하고,
에폭시아크릴레이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 4중량부로 더 포함하며,

상기 방수아스팔트 코트 조성물 타설단계가 종료된 후 그 표면에 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부, 수소가 첨가된 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부, 골재 500 내지 2,000중량부, 미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부, 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부, 왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부, 성능개선제 0.1 내지 2중량부, 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 교면포장용 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물에, 지르코알루미네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고, 염화알루미늄을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며, 포타슘메틸실리코네이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하고, 에폭시아크릴레이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 4중량부로 더 포함하며, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.05 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하고, 진크암모늄클로라이드를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 4중량부로 더 포함하며, 세륨을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 0.1중량부로 더 포함하고, 트리아세틴을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며, 이미다졸린베타인을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하고, 노말부틸아크릴레이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.01 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며, 멀라이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고, 규불화마그네슘을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.05 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며, 스테아린산칼슘을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하고, 트리페닐포스파인을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며, 글리시딜 네오데카노에이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하는 교면포장용 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 10 내지 100mm의 두께로 타설하는 교면포장용 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 타설단계;
상기 타설단계가 종료된 후 다지는 다짐단계; 및
상기 다짐단계가 종료된 후 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 교면포장용 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물의 시공방법.
