Abstract
본 발명에 따른 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 IS 및 개선된 골재 입도의 미분말 골재를 이용한 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성은 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일반 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 보다 낮은 온도인 중온에서 타설 및/또는 포설이 가능하도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.

- 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로,
스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부;
수소가 첨가된 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부;
골재 500 내지 2,000중량부;
미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부;
개질제 0.5 내지 10중량부;
에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 0.5 내지 25중량부;
셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및
왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물에,
변성실란실리케이트 합성물을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
개질유황을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 3 내지 15중량부로 더 포함하며,
감마-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 20중량부로 더 포함하고,
이타코닉 산을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
황산 코발트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
술폭시폴리에틸렌글리콜알릴에테르를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
소듐헥사메타포스페이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하고,
폴리실리콘 슬러지를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
수용성 폴리사카라이드를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 5 내지 15중량부로 더 포함하고,
아세틸레이티드라놀란을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 2 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
가교된 폴리아크릴레이트염을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하고,
디부틸프탈레이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
벤조산을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량부로 더 포함하고,

수산화암모늄을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
트리지마이트를 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
사이클로헥산을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
토탄을 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하는 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물.

상기 다짐단계가 종료된 후 양생하는 양생단계를 포함하는 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 시공방법.
