Claims (10)
- 자동차 및 상기 자동차와 연결되는 이차전지팩을 포함하는 자동차 전기시스템에 있어서,
상기 자동차와 상기 이차전지팩의 전기적 연결 제어를 위한 양극라인 및 음극라인에 각각 적어도 하나 이상이 배치되는 릴레이부;
상기 릴레이부의 제어 전원의 공급을 차단할 수 있는 커넥터를 포함하는 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 릴레이부 중 양극라인 및 음극라인에 배치되는 릴레이 중 각각 적어도 하나 이상의 제어 전원의 공급을 동시에 차단할 수 있는 것인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이부의 제어 전원은 20V, 4A 이하이며, 상기 자동차와 상기 이차전지팩의 전기적 연결은 300V, 100A 이상인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 별도의 공구 없이 사람의 약력만으로 전원의 공급을 차단할 수 있는 것인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 방수타입의 4핀 와이어 커넥터인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지 팩은 1개 이상의 이차전지 모듈을 포함하며,
상기 이차전지 모듈은 2개 이상의 이차전지가 직렬 및/또는 병렬로 연결된 것인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이부 중 양극라인 및 음극라인에 배치되는 릴레이는 기계식 또는 전자식 릴레이인 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이부, 커넥터는 모두 상기 이차전지팩의 내부에 배치되는 자동차 전기시스템. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 자동차 전기시스템을 사용하여 상기 이차전지팩으로서 공급되는 전원의 차단방법에 있어서,
1) 상기 릴레이부의 상기 양극라인 및 상기 음극라인이 전기적으로 연결된 상태가 되도록 제어하는 단계;
2) 상기 커넥터를 분리하여 상기 릴레이부의 상기 양극라인 및 상기 음극라인이 전기적으로 단락된 상태가 되게 하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전원의 차단방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1) 이후 및 상기 단계 2) 이후에 각각 상기 릴레이부의 전압 또는 전류를 측정하여 전원의 차단을 확인하는 단계가 더 부가되는 전원의 차단방법.
