Description
도 2는 본 발명의 장치가 적용되는 경우에서 과충전 방지가 이루어지는 과정을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 과충전 및 과방전 방지를 나타내는 회로도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 과충전 및 과방전 방지를 나타내는 회로도이다.

Claims (8)
- 메인 배터리와 전기부하 사이의 고전압 회로 상에 흐르는 전류 크기를 감지하는 전류감지기와;
상기 고전압 회로의 DC 링크 양단 사이를 연결하는 회로를 개폐하도록 설치되고, 과충전 및 과방전 발생 조건에서 감지되는 전류 크기에 상응하는 전류감지기의 출력에 의해 온 구동되어 회로를 닫아주는 제1단락 릴레이;
를 포함하며, 제1단락 릴레이의 온 구동시 메인 배터리와 퓨즈, 제1단락 릴레이 사이의 경로를 따라 흐르는 단락 전류에 의해 퓨즈를 단선시키도록 되어 있고,
상기 전류감지기는 홀 센서이며,
상기 홀 센서로 보조 배터리의 작동 전원을 공급하기 위한 회로 상에는 배터리 제어기에 의해 온/오프 구동이 제어되는 개폐 릴레이가 설치되고,
상기 개폐 릴레이는 노말 클로즈 타입의 릴레이며,
상기 DC 링크 양단 사이의 회로 상에 배터리 제어기에 의해 온/오프 구동이 제어되어 회로를 개폐하는 제2단락 릴레이가 더 설치되고,
상기 제2단락 릴레이는 노말 클로즈 타입의 릴레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 과충전 및 과방전 방지 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전류감지기로부터 전류 크기에 상응하여 출력되는 전압이 제1단락 릴레이의 여자 코일에 인가되도록 전류감지기의 출력단이 제1단락 릴레이의 여자 코일 측에 회로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 과충전 및 과방전 방지 장치.
