Claims (12)
- 센터플로어;
상기 센터플로어의 상면에 부착된 복수의 종방향멤버;
복수의 종방향멤버 내에 개별적으로 수용된 복수의 시트레일; 및
상기 센터플로어의 아래에 배치된 배터리조립체;를 포함하는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
각 종방향멤버는 차량의 전방구조 및 차량의 후방구조를 연결하도록 차량의 길이방항을 따라 연장되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
각 종방향멤버의 전방단은 대쉬패널에 결합되고, 각 종방향멤버의 후방단은 리어플로어에 결합되며, 상기 대쉬패널은 상기 센터플로어의 전방단에 장착되고, 상기 리어플로어는 상기 센터플로어의 후방단에 장착되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 센터플로어의 상면에 부착된 복수의 시트크로스멤버를 더 포함하고,
각 시트크로스멤버가 각 종방향멤버는 각 시트크로스멤버를 관통함으로써 복수의 종방향멤버는 상기 복수의 시트크로스멤버와 교차하도록 연결되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
각 시트크로스멤버의 상면이 각 종방향멤버의 상면과 동일한 평면에 위치한 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 배터리조립체는 배터리 케이스와, 상기 배터리 케이스의 캐비티에 고정된 복수의 배터리 크로스멤버와, 상기 복수의 배터리 크로스멤버와 교차하도록 연결된 배터리 종방향멤버를 포함하고,
각 배터리 크로스멤버의 상면은 상기 케이스의 상면에 정렬되고, 상기 배터리 크로스멤버는 레일 체결구를 통해 상기 시트레일에 결합되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 시트크로스멤버의 캐비티에 수용되는 보강재 및 상기 센터플로어의 상면에 부착되는 지지브라켓을 더 포함하고,
상기 보강재는 상기 지지브라켓의 위에 위치하는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 배터리 케이스는 관통볼트 및 너트를 통해 상기 센터플로어에 장착되도록 구성되고,
상기 관통볼트는 상기 배터리 케이스를 관통하며, 상기 너트는 상기 지지브라켓 및 상기 보강재 사이에 개재되고, 상기 관통볼트가 상기 너트에 나사결합되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 관통볼트의 상단이 상기 보강재의 캐비티에 삽입됨으로써 상기 관통볼트는 상기 보강재에 지지되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 보강재 및 상기 시트레일은 차량의 폭방향을 따라 교대로 배열된 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
각 종방향멤버는 상부벽과, 상부벽의 양측 가장자리로부터 센터플로어를 향해 개별적으로 연장된 한 쌍의 측벽과, 한 쌍의 측벽으로부터 개별적으로 연장된 한 쌍의 플랜지를 포함하고,
상기 상부벽은 개구를 가지며, 한 쌍의 플랜지는 상기 센터플로어의 상면에 결합되는 차량용 플로어구조. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 보강재는 바닥벽과, 상기 바닥벽의 양측 가장자리로부터 시트크로스멤버를 향해 개별적으로 연장된 한 쌍의 측벽과, 한 쌍의 측벽으로 개별적으로 연장된 한 쌍의 플랜지를 포함하고,
상기 한 쌍의 플랜지는 상기 시트크로스멤버에 결합되는 차량용 플로어구조.
