Claims (6)
- 평균 단섬도 0.5 dtex 이하인 극세 섬유를 포함하는 섬유 낙합체와, 상기 섬유 낙합체에 함침 부여된 고분자 탄성체를 포함하고, 적어도 일면에 상기 극세 섬유를 입모시킨 입모면을 갖는, 착색된 입모 인공 피혁으로서,
상기 극세 섬유의 표면에 적어도 부착된, 평균 입경 0.1 ∼ 10 ㎛ 인 지방산 아마이드계 화합물의 입자를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입모 인공 피혁. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
입모면을 구성하는 상기 극세 섬유에 상기 지방산 아마이드계 화합물의 입자가 부착되어 있는 입모 인공 피혁. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 지방산 아마이드계 화합물은, 110 ℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 입모 인공 피혁. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입자의 함유 비율이, 0.2 ∼ 5 질량% 인 입모 인공 피혁. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입모면의, 색좌표 공간 (L*a*b* 색공간) 에 있어서의 명도 L* 값이 40 이하인 입모 인공 피혁. - 평균 단섬도 0.5 dtex 이하인 극세 섬유를 포함하는 섬유 낙합체와, 상기 섬유 낙합체에 함침 부여된 고분자 탄성체를 포함하고, 적어도 일면에 상기 극세 섬유를 입모시킨 입모면을 갖는, 입모 인공 피혁 생기를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 입모 인공 피혁 생기에, 평균 입경 0.1 ∼ 10 ㎛ 인 지방산 아마이드계 화합물의 입자의 분산액을 부여하고, 지방산 아마이드계 화합물의 융점 미만의 온도에서 상기 분산액을 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입모 인공 피혁의 제조 방법.
