도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전지 모듈에 대해 모듈 프레임의 도시를 생략하여 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 3은 모노 프레임을 포함하는 전지 모듈에 대한 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 U자형 프레임을 포함하는 전지 모듈에 대한 분해 사시도이다.
도 5는 관통홀이 형성된 랩 필름을 설명하기 위해 전지셀 적층체를 아래에서 바라본 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 복수의 전지셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체; 및
상기 전지셀 적층체의 상면, 하면 및 양 측면을 감싸는 랩 필름(wrap film)을 포함하고,
상기 랩 필름은 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상면, 하면 및 양 측면에서 연속적으로 이어지는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 각각의 전지셀 사이에, 접착제나 테이프가 제거되어 이웃하는 전지 셀이 서로 직접 접촉하고 있는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 랩 필름은, 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상면, 하면 및 양 측면의 전 부분을 감싸는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 랩 필름은 폴리카보네이트(Polycarbonate, PC) 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀들은 상기 전지셀 적층체의 양 측면과 평행하게 배치되어 적층되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀은 전극 리드를 포함하고,
상기 전극 리드는 상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면 및 후면에 위치하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 랩 필름은 상기 전지셀 적층체를 1회 내지 2회 감싸는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체를 수납하는 모듈 프레임 및 상기 모듈 프레임의 전면과 후면을 덮는 엔드 플레이트를 더 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제8항에서,
상기 모듈 프레임은, 전면 및 후면이 개방되고, 상면, 하면 및 양 측면이 일체화된 모노 프레임인 전지 모듈. - 제8항에서,
상기 모듈 프레임은, 전면, 후면 및 상면이 개방된 U자형 프레임 및 상기 U자형 프레임의 개방된 상면을 덮는 상부 커버를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 랩 필름에 다수의 관통홀이 형성된 전지 모듈. - 제11항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체의 하단부에 위치한 랩 필름에 상기 다수의 관통홀이 형성된 전지 모듈. - 제11항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체 아래에 위치하는 열전도성 수지층을 더 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제13항에서,
상기 열전도성 수지층은 실리콘(Silicone) 소재, 우레탄(Urethan) 소재 및 아크릴(Acrylic) 소재 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에 따른 전지 모듈을 하나 이상 포함하는 전지 팩.
