Claims (10)
- 복수의 전지셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체;
상기 전지셀 적층체를 감싸고, 하측에 개방부가 형성된 모듈 프레임; 및
상기 개방부 내에 형성되어 상기 전지셀 적층체와 접하는 열전도성 수지(Thermal resin)층을 포함하고,
상기 모듈 프레임은 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상부를 덮는 상부면과, 상기 상부면의 양 측으로부터 연장되어 상기 전지셀 적층체의 양 측면을 덮는 한 쌍의 측면부를 포함하고,
상기 개방부는, 상기 한 쌍의 측면부의 하측 단변과, 상기 하측 단변의 양 단부에서 상기 한 쌍의 측면부 사이를 가로지르도록 형성되는 한 쌍의 막대부에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 열전도성 수지층은, 상기 개방부를 채우도록 이루어지는 전지 모듈. - 제2항에서
상기 모듈 프레임은 알루미늄 재질로 이루어지는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 상부면, 상기 한 쌍의 측면부, 및 상기 한 쌍의 막대부는 일체로 이루어진 전지 모듈. - 제1항에 따른 복수개의 전지 모듈; 및
상기 복수개의 전지 모듈을 수납하는 팩 프레임을 포함하는 전지팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 개방부를 통해 상기 열전도성 수지층은 상기 팩 프레임과 접촉하는 전지팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 복수개의 전지 모듈은 서로 이격되어 있는 전지팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 복수개의 전지 모듈과 마주하는 상기 팩 프레임의 면적은, 상기 복수개의 전지 모듈의 면적보다 큰 전지팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체로부터 발생한 열은 상기 열전도성 수지층을 통해 상기 팩 프레임으로 직접 전달되는 전지팩. - 제5항에서,
상기 전지 모듈과 상기 팩 프레임 사이에는 열전도성 수지층 외에 다른 열전달 부재가 배치되지 않는 전지팩.
