Claims (12)
- (A) 하기 일반식:
X-(SiR11 2O)m-SiR11 2-X

(B) OZ(여기서, 각각의 Z는 H 또는 알킬 기여서 OZ는 실라놀 기 및/또는 규소 원자-결합된 알콕시 기를 나타냄)의 함량이 약 50 몰% 내지 약 150 몰%의 범위이며 하기 평균 단위식:
(R21 3SiO1/2)c (R21 2SiO2/2)d (R21SiO3/2)e (SiO4/2)f

(상기 식에서, 각각의 R21은 상기에 기재된 바와 같고, "d" 및 "e"는 다음 조건: 0 < d ≤ 0.5, 0.5 ≤ e < 1.0, 및 d + e = 1을 충족시키는 수임)로 표시되는 폴리오르가노실록산 수지인, 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 내의 X는

-C2H4-Si(CH3)2O-Si(CH3)2-C2H4-Si(OCH3)3로 표시되는 기인, 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D) 성분 (A) 내지 성분 (C)의 총량 100 질량부당 약 0.01 내지 약 20 질량부의 양의 축합-반응 촉매를 추가로 포함하는, 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (E) 임의의 양의 용매를 추가로 포함하는, 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (F) 하기 일반식:
R41 x Si(OR42)(4-x)
(상기 식에서, R41은 1가 탄화수소 기이고, R42는 알킬 기이고, "x"는 0 내지 2의 정수임)로 표시되는, 성분 (A) 내지 성분 (C)의 총량 100 질량부당 약 0.1 내지 약 20 질량부의 양의 알콕시실란을 추가로 포함하는, 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물을 포함하는, 컨포멀(conformal) 코팅제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물을 사용하여 얻어지는, 전기/전자 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수분 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물로부터 형성되는, 경화물.
