Abstract
(해결 수단) 피착체와, 피착체의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 접착층과, 접착층에 의해 피착체에 접착된 광학체를 갖고, 광학체의 적어도 일방의 표면에는, 요철이 가시광 파장 이하의 평균 주기로 배치된 미세 요철 구조가 형성되고, 광학체의 타방의 표면에는 상기 접착층이 형성되고, 광학체의 미세 요철 구조에 끼워 맞추는 반전 요철 구조를 갖는 전사체로부터 광학체를 떼어낼 때의 초기 90 도 박리력은, 광학체와 접착층의 90 도 박리력의 70 % 이하인, 광학 적층체가 제공된다.

Claims (9)
- 피착체와,
상기 피착체의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 접착층과,
상기 접착층에 의해 상기 피착체에 접착된 광학체를 갖고,
상기 광학체의 적어도 일방의 표면에는, 요철이 가시광 파장 이하의 평균 주기로 배치된 미세 요철 구조가 형성되고, 상기 광학체의 타방의 표면에는 상기 접착층이 형성되고,
상기 광학체의 상기 미세 요철 구조에 끼워 맞추는 반전 요철 구조를 갖는 전사체로부터 상기 광학체를 떼어낼 때의 초기 90 도 박리력은, 상기 광학체와 상기 접착층의 90 도 박리력의 70 % 이하인, 광학 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광학체는, 전사용 적층체로부터 떼어내진 것이고,
상기 전사용 적층체는, 상기 광학체와, 상기 전사체와, 상기 광학체의 표면 중, 상기 전사체가 형성되어 있지 않은 측의 표면을 피복하는 피복체를 갖고,
상기 광학체와 상기 피복체의 90 도 박리력은, 상기 광학체의 인열을 포함하는 상기 광학체와 상기 전사체의 90 도 박리력보다 작은, 광학 적층체. - 피착체와,
상기 피착체의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 접착층과,
상기 접착층에 의해 상기 피착체에 접착된 광학체를 갖고,
상기 광학체의 적어도 일방의 표면에는, 요철이 가시광 파장 이하의 평균 주기로 배치된 미세 요철 구조가 형성되고, 상기 광학체의 타방의 표면에는 상기 접착층이 형성되고,
상기 광학체와 상기 접착층의 90 도 박리력은 13 N/25 ㎜ 이상인, 광학 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광학체와 상기 접착층의 총 두께는 15 ㎛ 이하인, 광학 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 자외선 경화성 수지로 구성되는, 광학 적층체. - 요철이 가시광 파장 이하의 평균 주기로 배치된 미세 요철 구조가 적어도 일방의 표면에 형성된 광학체와,
상기 광학체의 상기 미세 요철 구조에 끼워 맞추는 반전 요철 구조를 갖는 전사체와,
상기 광학체의 표면 중, 상기 전사체가 형성되어 있지 않은 측의 표면을 피복하는 피복체를 갖고,
상기 광학체와 상기 피복체의 90 도 박리력은, 상기 광학체의 인열을 포함하는 상기 광학체와 상기 전사체의 90 도 박리력보다 작은, 전사용 적층체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 반전 요철 구조의 표면에는 이형 처리가 이루어져 있는, 전사용 적층체. - 요철이 가시광 파장 이하의 평균 주기로 배치된 미세 요철 구조가 적어도 일방의 표면에 형성된 광학체와, 상기 광학체의 상기 미세 요철 구조에 끼워 맞추는 반전 요철 구조를 갖는 전사체를 갖는 전사용 적층체를 제조하는 공정과,
피착체의 표면의 적어도 일부에 미경화의 접착층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 광학체의 노출면이 상기 미경화의 접착층에 접촉하도록, 상기 전사용 적층체를 상기 피착체에 가압하는 공정과,
상기 미경화의 접착층을 경화시키는 공정과,
상기 광학체를 상기 전사체로부터 떼어내는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 광학체를 상기 전사체로부터 떼어낼 때의 초기 90 도 박리력은, 상기 광학체와 상기 접착층의 90 도 박리력의 70 % 이하인, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 전사용 적층체는, 상기 광학체의 표면 중, 상기 전사체가 형성되어 있지 않은 측의 표면을 피복하는 피복체를 추가로 갖고,
상기 광학 적층체의 제조 방법에서는, 상기 전사용 적층체로부터 상기 피복체를 떼어낸 후에 상기 전사용 적층체를 상기 피착체에 가압하고,
상기 광학체와 상기 피복체의 90 도 박리력은, 상기 광학체의 인열을 포함하는 상기 광학체와 상기 전사체의 90 도 박리력보다 작은, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법.
