4)酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする層を形成する工程、および
5)前記酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする層を温水に浸漬して、酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする結晶を析出させる工程、
を含むことが好ましい。
4,4’−メチレンビス(アミノシクロヘキサン)(以下DADCMと略す。東京化成製)200gに還流させながらヘキサンを徐々に加えて完全に溶解させた。加熱を止め数日間室温に放置した後、析出物を濾別し、減圧乾燥した。61gの白色固体状の精製DADCMを得た。ガスクロマトグラフィ分析からtrans,trans−異性体の含量は94%であった。
1H−NMR(DMSO−d6);δ0.83(2H,m),δ0.97(2H,q),δ1.18(2H,m),δ1.60(2H,d),δ1.69(2H,d),δ2.05(2H,s),δ2.42(2H,m),δ3.30(4H,b)
3.98gの4,4’−ビス(4−アミノフェノキシ)ビフェニル(製品名BAPB:和歌山精化工業製)および0.31gの1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサン(製品名PAM−E:信越化学工業製)を31gのN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(以下、DMAcと略す)に溶解した。このジアミン溶液を水冷しながら3.46gの4−(2,5−ジオキソテトラヒドロフラン−3−イル)−1,2,3,4−テトラヒドロナフタレン−1,2−ジカルボン酸無水物(製品名TDA−100:新日本理化製)を加えた。この溶液を室温で15時間攪拌し、重合反応を行った。さらに、58.1gのDMAc、3.8gのピリジンと7.4の無水酢酸を加え、室温で1時間攪拌した。その後、オイルバスで60℃に加熱しながら4時間攪拌した。重合溶液をメタノールに再沈殿しポリマーを取り出した後、メタノール中で数回洗浄した。100℃で真空乾燥後、淡黄色粉末状のポリイミドaを6.8g(収率93%)を得た。
1H−NMRスペクトルからカルボキシル基残量を測定し、イミド化率99.5%であった。
(1)で精製した1.01gのDADCM、1.77gのBAPBおよび0.62gのPAM−Eを27.7gのDMAcに溶解した。このジアミン溶液を水冷しながら3.45gのTDA−100を加えた。この溶液を50℃で3時間、室温で15時間攪拌し、重合反応を行った。さらに、52gのDMAc、3.8gのピリジンと7.4の無水酢酸を加え、室温で1時間攪拌した。その後、オイルバスで80℃に加熱しながら4時間攪拌した。重合溶液をメタノールに再沈殿しポリマーを取り出した後、メタノール中で数回洗浄した。100℃で真空乾燥後、淡黄色粉末状のポリイミドbを6.1g(収率93%)を得た。
1H−NMRスペクトルからカルボキシル基残量を測定し、イミド化率99.1%であった。
14.8gのアルミニウム−sec−ブトキシド(ASBD、川研ファインケミカル製)と、アルミニウム−sec−ブトキシドに対して3.42gの3−メチル−2,4−ペンタンジオンと、2−エチルブタノールとを均一になるまで混合攪拌した。1.62gの0.01M希塩酸を2−エチルブタノール/1−エトキシ−2−プロパノールの混合溶媒に溶解してから、前記アルミニウム−sec−ブトキシドの溶液にゆっくり加え、暫く攪拌した。溶媒は最終的に2−エチルブタノールと1−エトキシ−2−プロパノールの混合比が7/3の混合溶媒になるように調製した。さらに120℃のオイルバス中で2から3時間以上攪拌することによって酸化アルミニウム前駆体ゾルを調製した。
10gのケイ酸エチルを100mlのエタノールに溶解し、30mlのアンモニア水を加えて室温で8時間攪拌した。100mlの1−ブタノールを加えてからエバポレーターで水とエタノールを留去して酸化シリコン微粒子ゾルを調製した。
赤外分光スペクトル測定装置(Spectrum One,パーキンエルマー製)と付属のユニバーサルATRを用いて650cm−1から4000cm−1の範囲の赤外透過スペクトルを測定した。
両面を研磨した大きさ約φ30mm、厚さ約2mmの各種ガラス基板をアルカリ洗剤およびIPAで超音波洗浄した後、オーブン中で乾燥した。
絶対反射率測定装置(USPM−RU、オリンパス製)を用い、400nmから700nmの範囲の入射角0°時の反射率測定を行った。最小値は0.05%未満を○、0.05%以上を×と判定した。平均値は0.1%未満を○、0.1%以上0.2%未満を△、0.2%以上を○と判定した。
スライドプロジェクターの光を透過させ、膜にクモリなどが無いか目視観察した。クモリが見られない場合を○、クモリが見られる場合を×と判定した。
分光エリプソメータ(VASE、ジェー・エー・ウーラム・ジャパン製)を用い、波長380nmから800nmまで測定し、解析から膜厚を求めた。
分光エリプソメータ(VASE、ジェー・エー・ウーラム・ジャパン製)を用い、波長380nmから800nmまで測定した。屈折率は波長550nmの屈折率とした。
基板表面をPd/Pt処理を行い、FE−SEM(S−4800、日立ハイテク製)を用いて加速電圧2kVで表面観察を行った。
分岐メラミンポリマーの光硬化塗料(製品名:ハイパーテックUR101、日産化学製)をシクロペンタノン/シクロヘキサノン混合溶媒で濃度2.9重量%まで希釈し、分岐メラミンポリマーc溶液とした。
分岐メラミンポリマーの熱硬化塗料(製品名:ハイパーテックUR202、日産化学製)をシクロペンタノン/シクロヘキサノン混合溶媒で濃度2.9重量%まで希釈し、分岐メラミンポリマーd溶液とした。
線状ポリマーを下記一般式(5)で表される繰り返し構造を有するポリイミドbに変更した以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行った。得られたポリマー層は膜厚が約45から50nmで、ポリイミドbのみの層、分岐メラミンポリマーcの含有量が32重量%または63重量%の各混合層、分岐メラミンポリマーのみの4種類の均一な層であった。ポリマー層中の分岐メラミンポリマーの含有量(重量%)と屈折率の関係をプロットしたグラフを図9に示す。その結果、ポリイミドbのみの屈折率1.618から分岐メラミンポリマーcの屈折率1.813を結ぶ直線上にポリイミドbと分岐メラミンポリマーcの混合層の屈折率プロットが載ることが分かった。
線状ポリマーを下記一般式(6)で表される繰り返し構造を有するポリカーボネートに変更した以外は実施例1と同様の操作を行った。得られたポリマー層は膜厚が約45から50nmで、ポリカーボネートのみの層、分岐メラミンポリマーcの混合量が41重量%、68重量%、または81重量%の各混合層、分岐メラミンポリマーcのみの5種類の均一な層であった。ポリマー層中の分岐メラミンポリマーの含有量(重量%)と屈折率の関係をプロットしたグラフを図9に示す。その結果、ポリカーボネートのみの屈折率1.588から分岐メラミンポリマーcの屈折率1.813を結ぶ直線上にポリカーボネートと分岐メラミンポリマーcの混合層の屈折率プロットが載ることが分かった。
La2O5を主成分とするnd=2.00、νd=28のガラスBの研磨面上に実施例1と同様の方法でポリイミドa/分岐メラミンポリマーcの混合層(分岐メラミンポリマーcの含有量が45重量%;屈折率1.739)を作製した。ポリマー層上に酸化アルミニウム前駆体ゾルを適量滴下し、4000rpmで20秒スピンコートを行った後、140℃の熱風循環オーブンで60分間焼成し、ポリイミド1層上に非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成した。
ガラスBの研磨面上にポリマー層として実施例2と同様の方法で作製したポリイミドa/分岐メラミンポリマーdの混合層(分岐メラミンポリマーcの含有量が58重量%;屈折率1.740)を形成した。ポリマー層上に実施例5と同様の方法で非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、温水処理、乾燥を行った。
ガラスBの研磨面上にポリマー層として実施例3と同様の方法で作製したポリイミドb/分岐メラミンポリマーcの混合層(分岐メラミンポリマーcの含有量が37重量%;屈折率1.738)を形成した。ポリマー層上に実施例5と同様の方法で非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、温水処理、乾燥を行った。
実施例1で用いた分岐メラミンポリマーの光硬化塗料をシクロペンタノン/シクロヘキサノン混合溶媒で濃度4.0重量%まで希釈し、分岐メラミンポリマーc溶液とした。一方、ポリイミドaをシクロペンタノン/シクロヘキサノン混合溶媒に溶解して濃度3.0重量%のポリイミドa溶液を調製した。分岐メラミンポリマーc溶液とポリイミドa溶液を室温で混合攪拌し、ポリイミドaと分岐メラミンポリマーcのブレンド溶液を調製した。
ガラスBの研磨面上にポリマー層として実施例1と同様の方法で作製した分岐メラミンポリマーcのみのポリマー層(屈折率1.813)を形成した。ポリマー層上に実施例5と同様の方法で非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、温水処理、乾燥を行った。
ガラスBの研磨面上にポリマー層として実施例2と同様の方法で作製した分岐メラミンポリマーdのみのポリマー層(屈折率1.782)を形成した。ポリマー層上に実施例5と同様の方法で非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、温水処理、乾燥を行った。
実施例1で用いた分岐メラミンポリマーの光硬化塗料をシクロペンタノン/シクロヘキサノン混合溶媒で濃度4.0重量%まで希釈し、分岐メラミンポリマーc溶液とした。
ガラスB上にポリマー層として実施例1と同様の方法で作製したポリイミドaのみのポリマー層(屈折率1.680))を形成した。ポリマー層上に実施例5と同様の方法で非晶性酸化アルミニウム層を形成し、温水処理、乾燥を行った。

Claims (10)
- 基材上に光の反射を抑えるための積層体が形成された光学用部材において、前記積層体の表面が多孔質層あるいは凹凸構造を有する層であり、かつ他の層の少なくとも一層が線状ポリマーおよび屈折率1.7以上の分岐ポリマーを含むポリマー層であって、
前記分岐ポリマーが、下記一般式(1)で表される構造を有することを特徴とする光学用部材。
(式中、R1およびR2はそれぞれ独立して芳香環または複素環を有する二価の有機基であり、nは3以上の整数である。) - 前記分岐ポリマーの含有量が、線状ポリマーと分岐ポリマーの合計重量に対して10重量%以上90重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学用部材。
- 前記凹凸構造を有する層が酸化アルミニウムの結晶を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光学用部材。
- 前記線状ポリマーが主鎖中に芳香環または/およびイミド環を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか一項記載の光学用部材。
- 前記線状ポリマーがポリイミド、ポリカーボネートの中から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4記載の光学用部材。
- 前記凹凸構造を有する層は、金属酸化物または金属化合物を含む材料によるナノ構造を有する層であって、前記金属酸化物または金属化合物を含む材料の固有の屈折率より低い見かけの屈折率がコーティングの厚さ方向に変化していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか一項記載の光学用部材。
- 基材上に光の反射を抑えるための積層体が形成された光学用部材の製造方法において、1)基材上または基材上に設けられた薄膜上に、線状ポリマーおよび屈折率が1.7以上の分岐ポリマーを溶解したポリマー溶液を塗布する工程
2)前記塗布したポリマー溶液を23℃以上250℃以下で加熱して、前記線状ポリマーと前記分岐ポリマーの混合物を含むポリマー層を形成する工程
3)前記ポリマー層上に多孔質層あるいは凹凸構造を有する層を形成する工程
を有し、
前記分岐ポリマーが、下記一般式(1)で表される構造を有することを特徴とする光学用部材の製造方法。
- 前記凹凸構造を有する層を形成する工程が、
4)酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする層を形成する工程、および
5)前記酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする層を温水に浸漬して、酸化アルミニウムを主成分とする結晶を析出させる工程、
からなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の光学用部材の製造方法。 - 基材上に、表面に多孔質層あるいは凹凸構造を有する層を有する積層体が形成された光学用部材において、前記積層体の少なくとも一層に用いられる光学膜であって、前記光学膜が線状ポリマーおよび屈折率1.7以上の分岐ポリマーを含むポリマー層からなり、
前記分岐ポリマーが、下記一般式(1)で表される構造を有することを特徴とする光学用部材の光学膜。
(式中、R1およびR2はそれぞれ独立して芳香環または複素環を有する二価の有機基であり、nは3以上の整数である。) - 前記分岐ポリマーの含有量が、線状ポリマーと分岐ポリマーの合計重量に対して10重量%以上90重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の光学用部材の光学膜。
