Claims (8)
- 하기를 포함하는, 초흡수제 (superabsorbent) 를 생산하는 방법으로서:
하기를 포함하는 수성 단량체 용액을 중합하는 단계:
a) 산기를 지니고 임의로 적어도 부분적으로 염의 형태인, 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체,
b) 적어도 하나의 가교제,
c) 적어도 하나의 개시제,
d) 임의로, a) 하에 언급된 단량체와 공중합성인 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체, 및
e) 임의로, 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체;
생성된 중합체를 건조하는 단계,
임의로, 건조된 중합체를 분쇄하고 분쇄된 중합체를 체질하는 단계,
임의로, 건조되고 임의로 분쇄 및 체질된 중합체를 표면 후-가교하는 단계 (surface postcrosslinking),
이때, 건조, 분쇄 또는 체질 후, 및 표면 후-가교가 수행되는 경우, 이러한 표면 후-가교 동안에 또는 이러한 표면 후-가교 후에, X-선-비정질 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 분말이 첨가되는 것인, 초흡수제를 생산하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 첨가 전 중합체의 양을 기준으로, 0.01 중량% 내지 2 중량% 의 X-선-비정질 알루미늄 하이드록사이드가 첨가되는 것인, 초흡수제를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 첨가 전 중합체의 양을 기준으로, 0.2 중량% 내지 1 중량% 의 X-선-비정질 알루미늄 하이드록사이드가 첨가되는 것인, 초흡수제를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조되고 임의로 분쇄 및 체질된 중합체는, 초흡수제 입자의 표면에서 극성기와 공유결합을 형성하는 후-가교제로 표면 후-가교되는 것인, 초흡수제를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X-선-비정질 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 분말의 첨가 후, X-선-비정질 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 분말의 첨가 전 중합체의 양을 기준으로, 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량% 의 물이 초흡수제에 첨가되는 것인, 초흡수제를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득 가능한 초흡수제.
- 제 6 항에 따른 초흡수제를 포함하는, 유체의 흡수를 위한 물품.
- 유체의 흡수를 위한 물품을 생산하는 방법으로서, 물품의 생산은 제 6 항에 따른 초흡수제의 첨가를 수반하는 것인, 물품을 생산하는 방법.
