Claims (20)
- 메인 화소를 구비하는 표시 영역 및 보조 화소와 투과부를 구비하는 센서 영역을 포함하는, 기판; 및
상기 기판 상에 배치되며, 메인 화소회로와 전기적으로 연결된 상기 메인 화소 및 보조 화소회로와 전기적으로 연결된 상기 보조 화소를 포함하는, 표시요소층;을 구비하며,
상기 보조 화소회로는 산화물 반도체 물질을 포함하는 제1 반도체층 및 상기 제1 반도체층과 중첩하는 제1 게이트전극을 구비하는 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터 및 저온 폴리 실리콘(Low Temperature Poly-Silicon; LTPS)을 포함하는 제2 반도체층 및 상기 제2 반도체층과 중첩하는 제2 게이트전극을 구비하는 제2 보조 박막트랜지스터를 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터는 상기 보조 화소를 구동시키는 구동 박막트랜지스터이고, 상기 제2 보조 박막트랜지스터는 상기 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터에 데이터신호를 전달하는 스위칭 박막트랜지스터인, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터를 다이오드 연결시키는 보상 박막트랜지스터인 제3 보조 박막트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제3 보조 박막트랜지스터는 산화물 반도체 물질을 포함하는 제3 반도체층 및 상기 제3 반도체층과 중첩하는 제3 게이트전극을 구비하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 상기 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터의 상기 제1 게이트전극의 전압을 초기화시키는 초기화 박막트랜지스터인 제4 보조 박막트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 제4 보조 박막트랜지스터는 산화물 반도체 물질을 포함하는 제4 반도체층 및 상기 제4 반도체층과 중첩하는 제4 게이트전극을 구비하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 반도체층, 상기 제3 반도체층 및 상기 제4 반도체층은 서로 동일층에 배치되어 일체(一體)로 구비되는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 회소회로는 복수의 박막트랜지스터들을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 박막트랜지스터들은 저온 폴리 실리콘(Low Temperature Poly-Silicon; LTPS)을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 상기 제1 반도체층과 중첩하는 하부전극 및 상부전극을 구비하는 스토리지 커패시터를 더 구비하며,
상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 제1 반도체층과 상기 기판 사이에 개재되는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 게이트전극은 상기 스토리지 커패시터의 상기 하부전극과 동일물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터는 상기 제1 반도체층의 상부에 배치되어 상기 제1 반도체층과 적어도 일부가 중첩하는 제1 게이트전극을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 게이트전극은 아일랜드 형상인, 디스플레이 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 서로 다른 층에 배치된 상기 제1 반도체층과 상기 제2 반도체층을 전기적으로 연결하는 보조연결선을 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터는 상기 제1 반도체층의 소스영역 또는 드레인영역과 전기적으로 연결된 연결전극을 더 포함하고,
상기 보조연결선과 상기 연결전극은 동일물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 상기 보조 화소에 데이터 신호를 전달하는 데이터선을 더 포함하고,
상기 연결전극은 상기 데이터선과 동일물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 상기 보조 화소에 스캔 신호를 전달하는 제1 스캔선 및 제2 스캔선을 포함하고,
상기 제1 스캔선은 상기 제2 게이트전극으로부터 연장되고, 상기 제2 스캔선은 상기 제3 게이트전극으로부터 연장되는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 상기 제4 보조 박막트랜지스터에 이전 스캔신호를 전달하는 이전 스캔선을 포함하고,
상기 이전 스캔선은 상기 제4 게이트전극으로부터 연장되는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2 스캔선과 상기 이전 스캔선은 동일물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 보조 화소는 화소전극을 포함하고,
상기 보조 화소회로는, 이후 스캔선 및 상기 이후 스캔선을 통해 전달받은 이후 스캔신호에 따라 턴-온되어 상기 화소전극을 초기화시키는 제7 보조 박막트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 제7 보조 박막트랜지스터는 제7 반도체층 및 상기 제7 반도체층과 중첩하는 제7 게이트전극을 포함하며,
상기 이후 스캔선은 상기 제7 게이트전극으로부터 연장되는, 디스플레이 패널. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 제1 스캔선과 상기 이후 스캔선은 동일물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 패널. - 메인 화소를 구비하는 표시 영역 및 보조 화소와 투과부를 구비하는 센서 영역을 포함하는, 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되며, 메인 화소회로와 전기적으로 연결된 상기 메인 화소 및 보조 화소회로와 전기적으로 연결된 상기 보조 화소를 포함하는, 표시요소층; 및
상기 센서 영역에 대응하도록 상기 기판 아래에 배치되며, 빛을 방출하거나 수광하는 전자요소를 포함하는, 컴포넌트;를 구비하며,
상기 보조 화소회로는 산화물 반도체 물질을 포함하는 제1 반도체층 및 상기 제1 반도체층과 중첩하는 제1 게이트전극을 구비하는 제1 보조 박막트랜지스터 및 저온 폴리 실리콘(Low Temperature Poly-Silicon; LTPS)을 포함하는 제2 반도체층 및 상기 제2 반도체층과 중첩하는 제2 게이트전극을 구비하는 제2 보조 박막트랜지스터를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 센서 영역에서 제공하는 이미지의 해상도는 상기 표시 영역 에서 제공하는 이미지의 해상도보다 낮은, 디스플레이 장치.
