상기 표면 처리 동박의 단면을, 주사형 전자 현미경(SEM)에 의해 관찰할 때, 상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면은,
상기 조화 입자의 입자 높이(h)의 평균값이 0.05∼0.30㎛이고,
상기 조화 입자의 입자 폭(w)에 대한 상기 입자 높이(h)의 비(h/w)의 평균값이 0.7∼5.0이고,
하기 식 (1)로 산출되는 상기 조화 입자의 선 피복률(c)이 15∼60%인, 표면 처리 동박.

〔상기 (1)식 중, c는, 상기 선 피복률(c)이고, d는, 관찰 시야의 폭 방향 2.5㎛의 영역당에 존재하는 상기 조화 입자의 개수로부터 산출되는, 상기 조화 입자의 선밀도(d)[개/㎛]이고, W는 당해 영역에 있어서의 상기 조화 입자의 입자 폭(w)의 평균값이다.〕 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 20도 경면 광택도 Gs(20°), 60도 경면 광택도 Gs(60°) 및 85도 경면 광택도 Gs(85°)의 각 값에 의해 하기 식 (2)로 산출되는 값이 0∼10인, 표면 처리 동박.
(Gs(85°)-Gs(60°))/Gs(20°) …(2) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서, 20도 경면 광택도 Gs(20°)가 0.5∼120%이고, 60도 경면 광택도 Gs(60°)가 5∼200%이고, 85도 경면 광택도 Gs(85°)가 75∼120%인, 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조화 입자의 입자 폭(w)의 평균값이 0.02∼0.15㎛인, 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서, 10점 평균 거칠기 Rzjis값이 0.5∼2.0㎛인, 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 처리 동박을 이용하여 형성되어 이루어지는, 동 클래드(copper-clad) 적층판.
- 제6항에 기재된 동 클래드 적층판을 이용하여 형성되어 이루어지는, 프린트 배선판.
