Claims (27)
- 모터;
상기 모터의 회전 운동을 차륜에 전달하는 변속기;
상기 모터에 전력을 공급하고 회생 제동 시에 충전을 수행하는 배터리;
운전 모드를 입력받는 모드 입력부;
회생 제동 조절 정보 또는 변속 단수 조절 정보를 입력받는 조절 정보 입력부; 및
상기 모드 입력부에 입력된 운전모드가 제1모드이면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 회생 제동 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량이 조절되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크 및 상기 변속기의 변속 단수 중 적어도 하나를 제어하고, 상기 모드 입력부에 입력된 운전모드가 제2모드이면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 변속 단수 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 변속기의 변속 단수가 조절되도록 변속기를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 차량. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 정보 입력부는,
스티어링 휠에 일정 간격으로 이격 배치된 제1조절 정보 입력부와 제2조절 정보 입력부를 포함하는 차량. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 운전모드가 제1모드일 때 상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 증가시키고, 상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 운전모드가 제1모드일 때 상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 상기 제1조작신호가 수신되는 시간에 대응하여 회생 제동량이 점차적으로 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 점차적으로 증가시키고, 상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 회생 제동량이 점차적으로 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 점차적으로 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 증가 시에 증가된 회생 제동량이 최대 회생 제동량이면 회생 제동량의 증가를 정지시키고 상기 최대 회생 제동량으로 유지시키며, 상기 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 감소 시 감소된 회생 제동량이 기준 회생 제동량이면 회생 제동량의 감소를 정지시키고 상기 회생 제동량으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 운전모드가 제2 모드일 때 상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 변속 단수가 감소되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하고, 상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 변속 단수가 증가되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 운전모드가 제1모드일 때 상기 제1조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량의 증가를 위해 감속도가 증가되도록 미리 설정된 변속 패턴에 기초하여 상기 변속기의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 제2조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량의 감소를 위해 감속도가 감소되도록 미리 설정된 변속 패턴에 기초하여 상기 변속기의 동작을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 운전모드가 제1모드일 때 상기 제1조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 상기 제1조작 신호가 수신되는 시간에 기초하여 점차적인 회생 제동량의 증가를 위해 감속도가 점차적으로 증가되도록 상기 변속기의 동작을 제어하고, 상기 제2조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 상기 제2조작 신호가 수신되는 시간에 기초하여 점차적인 회생 제동량의 감소를 위해 감속도가 점차적으로 감소되도록 상기 변속기의 동작을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동 시 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 조작 신호가 수신되기 전까지 목표 회생 제동력을 기준 회생 제동력으로 설정하고 설정된 기준 회생 제동력에 기초하여 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 1항에 있어서,
업 시프트 단과 다운 시프트 단의 조작 신호를 입력받는 변속 입력부;
상기 다운 시프트 단에 대응하는 제1조작 신호와, 업 시프트 단에 대응하는 제2조작신호를 수신하는 변속 신호 수신부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 변속 단수가 감소되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하고, 상기 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 변속 단수가 증가되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 10항에 있어서,
기능 변경 입력부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 기능 변경 입력부로부터 온 신호가 수신되면 상기 다운 시프트 단에 대응하는 제1조작 신호를 회생 제동량 증가에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량이 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 제어하고, 상기 업 시프트 단에 대응하는 제2조작 신호를 회생 제동량 감소에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량이 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 제어하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
기능 변경 해제 신호가 수신되면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 변속 단수 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하고, 상기 변속 신호 수신부로부터 수신된 신호를 변속 단수 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
기능 변경 해제 신호가 수신되면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 변속 단수 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서,
액셀러레이터 페달과 브레이크 페달에 인가된 압력을 각각 검출하는 검출부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출부에 검출된 정보에 기초하여 액셀러레이터 페달과 브레이크 페달이 미가압 상태라고 판단되면 회생 제동을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서,
주행 속도를 검출하는 검출부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 검출부에 검출된 정보에 기초하여 정지 상태인지 판단하고 정지 상태라고 판단되면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 회생 제동량 증가에 대응하는 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되는지 판단하고, 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 회생 제동량 증가에 대응하는 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되었다고 판단되면 전자식 주차 브레이크 장치의 동작을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동 시, 회생 제동이 수행된 시간에 기초하여 상기 변속기의 변속 단수가 감소되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동 시, 목표 회생 제동량에 기초하여 상기 변속기의 변속 단수가 감소되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동 시, 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 회생 제동량 증가에 대응하는 신호가 수신될 때마다 상기 변속기의 변속 단수가 감소되도록 상기 변속기를 제어하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량. - 차륜에 연결된 모터;
상기 모터에 전력을 공급하고 충전이 가능한 배터리;
회생 제동 조절 정보를 입력받는 조절 정보 입력부;
감속 및 제동 중 목표 회생 제동량을 기준 회생 제동량으로 설정하고, 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 조작 신호가 수신되면 기준 회생 제동량보다 높은 회생 제동량을 목표 회생 제동량으로 설정하고 설정된 목표 회생 제동량에 기초하여 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 차량. - 제 19항에 있어서,
상기 조절 정보 입력부는, 스티어링 휠에 일정 간격 이격 배치된 제1조절 정보 입력부와 제2조절 정보 입력부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 증가시키고, 상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 상기 제1조작신호가 수신되는 시간에 대응하여 회생 제동량이 점차적으로 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 점차적으로 증가시키고, 상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 회생 제동량이 점차적으로 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 점차적으로 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
상기 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 증가 시에 증가된 회생 제동량이 최대 회생 제동량이면 회생 제동량의 증가를 정지시키고 상기 최대 회생 제동량으로 유지시키며, 상기 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 감소 시 감소된 회생 제동량이 기준 회생 제동량이면 회생 제동량의 감소를 정지시키고 상기 회생 제동량으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하는 차량. - 모터와 배터리를 가지는 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,
운전모드가 제1모드이면 스티어링 휠에 마련된 제1, 2조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 회생 제동 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량을 조절하고,
상기 운전모드가 제2모드이면 상기 제1, 2조절 정보 입력부로부터 수신된 신호를 변속 단수 조절 정보에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 변속기의 변속 단수가 조절되도록 변속기를 제어하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 회생제동량을 조절하는 것은,
상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 증가되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크 증가 및 변속기의 변속 단수 감소 중 적어도 하나를 제어하고,
상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 수신되면 회생 제동량이 감소되도록 상기 모터의 제동 토크를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 회생제동량을 조절하는 것은,
상기 제1 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 상기 제1조작신호가 수신되는 시간에 대응하여 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 증가시키고,
상기 제2 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제2조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되면 회생 제동량을 점차적으로 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 23항에 있어서,
기능 변경 입력부로부터 온 신호가 수신되면 변속 레버의 다운 시프트 단에 대응하는 제1조작 신호를 회생 제동량 증가에 대응하는 신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량을 증가시키고,
상기 변속 레버의 업 시프트 단에 대응하는 제2조작 신호를 회생 제동량 감소에 대응하는 제2조작신호로 인식하여 회생 제동 시 회생제동량을 감소시키는 것을 더 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법. - 제 23항에 있어서,
검출부에 검출된 정보에 기초하여 차량이 정지 상태인지 판단하고,
상기 차량이 정지 상태라고 판단되면 상기 조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되는지 판단하고,
상기 제1조절 정보 입력부로부터 제1조작 신호가 일정 시간 이상 동안 수신되었다고 판단되면 전자식 주차 브레이크 장치의 동작을 제어하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법.
