Claims (10)
- (i) (a) 지방산 이량체 또는 삼량체 또는 그로부터 유도된 디올 또는 트리올을 기재로 하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 4,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는, 수지 성분의 총중량을 기준으로 적어도 10 wt.%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올;
(b) (a)와 상이하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 4,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는, 수지 성분의 총중량을 기준으로 적어도 10 wt.%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올;
(c) 임의로, (a) 및 (b)와 상이하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 4,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 OH-종결 중합체; 및
(d) 임의로, 적어도 2개의 NCO-반응성 기를 갖는, 적어도 2 wt.%의 단량체성 사슬 연장제
를 함유하는 수지 성분;
(ii) 적어도 하나의 폴리이소시아네이트, 바람직하게는 방향족 디이소시아네이트, 및/또는 적어도 하나의 NCO-종결 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 함유하는 경화 성분
을 함유하는 결합제 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (a)가, 지방산 이량체, 바람직하게는 2개의 C18 지방산을 이량체화시킴으로써 수득될 수 있는 지방산 이량체를 디올, 바람직하게는 C2-C6 디올, 및 임의로, 상기 이량체 지방산과 상이한 디카르복실산, 특히 C4-C12 디카르복실산과 반응시킴으로써 수득될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (a)가, 10 wt.% 내지 최대 90 wt.%, 바람직하게는 최대 70 wt.%, 더 바람직하게는 최대 50 wt.%의 양, 바람직하게는 적어도 15 wt.%, 더 바람직하게는 적어도 20 wt.%, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 적어도 25 wt.%의 양, 특히 30 내지 40 wt.%의 양으로 수지 성분에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (b)가 디올 성분으로서 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올, 바람직하게는 헥산디올 및/또는 도데칸디올을 갖는 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 (b)가 10 wt.% 내지 최대 90 wt.%, 바람직하게는 최대 60 wt.%, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 최대 40 wt.%의 양, 바람직하게는 적어도 15 wt.%의 양, 특히 대략 20 wt.%의 양으로 수지 성분에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는 지방족 OH-종결 중합체가
(1) OH-종결 폴리부타디엔, 특히 수소화된 폴리부타디엔이고/거나,
(2) 최대 40 wt.%, 바람직하게는 최대 30 wt.%, 더 바람직하게는 최대 25 wt.%의 양, 바람직하게는 적어도 5 wt.%의 양, 특히 대략 20 wt.%의 양으로 수지 성분에 함유되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 (d)가
(1) 단량체성 지방족 디올, 바람직하게는 C6-C12 디올, 특히 1,9-노난디올이고/거나,
(2) 최대 20 wt.%, 바람직하게는 최대 15 wt.%의 양으로 수지 성분에 함유되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화 성분이
(1) 적어도 하나의 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 경화 성분을 기준으로 바람직하게는 90 내지 100 wt.%의 양으로 함유하거나,
(2) 적어도 하나의 방향족 디이소시아네이트 및 적어도 하나의 NCO-종결 예비중합체를 함유하고, 상기 예비중합체가 바람직하게는 경화제의 최대 90 wt.%, 바람직하게는 최대 80 wt.%를 구성하고, 적어도 하나의 방향족 디이소시아네이트가 바람직하게는 적어도 10, 바람직하게는 적어도 20 wt.%의 양으로 사용되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 결합제 시스템. - 기재들, 특히 다양한 기재들, 바람직하게는 목재, 플라스틱 또는 금속으로부터 선택된 기재들 사이의 접착 결합을 형성하기 위한, 접착제 배합물에 있어서의, 특히 2-성분 접착제로서의, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 결합제 시스템의 용도.
- (a) 지방산 이량체 또는 삼량체 또는 그로부터 유도된 디올 또는 트리올을 기재로 하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 4,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는, 수지 성분의 총중량을 기준으로 적어도 10 wt.%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올;
(b) (a)와 상이하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 4,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는, 수지 성분의 총중량을 기준으로 적어도 10 wt.%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올;
(c) 임의로, (a) 및 (b)와 상이하고, 적어도 1,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 20,000 g/mol의 중량-평균 분자량 (Mw)을 갖는 지방족 OH-종결 중합체; 및
(d) 임의로, 적어도 2개의 NCO-반응성 기를 갖는 단량체성 사슬 연장제
를 함유하는 수지 성분을
적어도 하나의 폴리이소시아네이트, 바람직하게는 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 경화 성분
과 반응시킴으로써 수득될 수 있는 중합체 조성물.
