Abstract
Description
(i)

Claims (10)
- (i)下記を含む樹脂成分と
(a)樹脂成分の総重量に基づいて、脂肪酸ダイマーまたはトリマーまたはそれから誘導されるジオールまたはトリオールに基づき、重量平均分子量(Mw)が少なくとも1,000g/mol、好ましくは1,000〜4,000g/molであるポリエステルポリオール;
(b)樹脂成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも10重量%の、(a)とは異なり、少なくとも1,000g/mol、好ましくは1,000〜4,000g/molの重量平均分子量(Mw)を有するポリエステルポリオール;
(c)場合により、(a)および(b)とは異なり、少なくとも1,000g/mol、好ましくは1,000〜4,000g/molの重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する少なくとも1つの脂肪族OH末端ポリマー;および
(d)任意に、少なくとも2つのNCO反応性基を有する少なくとも2重量%のモノマー鎖延長剤;
(ii)少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、好ましくは芳香族ジイソシアネート、および/または少なくとも1つのNCO末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーを含む硬化成分と
を含むバインダー系。 - ポリエステルポリオール(a)は、脂肪酸ダイマー、好ましくは2つのC18脂肪酸を二量化することによって得られるものをジオール、好ましくはC2〜C6ジオール、および任意に、該ダイマー脂肪酸とは異なるジカルボン酸、特にC4−C12ジカルボン酸と反応させることによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバインダー系。
- ポリエステルポリオール(a)が樹脂成分中に、10重量%から90重量%まで、好ましくは70重量%まで、より好ましくは50重量%まで、好ましくは少なくとも15重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも25重量%、特に30〜40重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバインダー系。
- ポリエステルポリオール(b)がポリカーボネートポリオール、好ましくはジオール成分としてヘキサンジオールおよび/またはドデカンジオールを有するポリカーボネートポリオールであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のバインダー系。
- ポリエステルポリオール(b)が樹脂成分中に、10重量%から90重量%まで、好ましくは60重量%まで、さらに好ましくは40重量%まで、好ましくは少なくとも15重量%の量、特に約20重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のバインダー系。
- 少なくとも1,000g/molの重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する脂肪族OH末端ポリマーは、
(1)OH末端ポリブタジエン、特に水素化ポリブタジエンである;および/または
(2)樹脂成分中に、40重量%まで、好ましくは30重量%まで、より好ましくは25重量%まで、好ましくは少なくとも5重量%、特に約20重量%含まれる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のバインダー系。 - 鎖延長剤(d)は、
(1)モノマー脂肪族ジオール、好ましくはC6−C12ジオール、特に1,9−ノナンジオールである;および/または
(2)樹脂成分中に20重量%まで、好ましくは15重量%までの量で含まれる
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のバインダーシステム。 - 硬化成分は、
(1)硬化成分に基づいて、少なくとも1つの芳香族ジイソシアネートを、好ましくは90〜100重量%の量で含む;または
(2)少なくとも1つの芳香族ジイソシアネートと少なくとも1つのNCO末端プレポリマーを含み、該プレポリマーは好ましくは硬化剤の90重量%まで、好ましくは80重量%までを構成し、および、少なくとも1つの芳香族ジイソシアネートは好ましくは少なくとも10重量%、好ましくは少なくとも20重量%の量で用いられる。
