Abstract
Description
도 1b는 실시예 4의 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 겔의 200배 확대 사진이다(x 200).
도 2는 셀룰로오스 유도체 유도체 (하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스(HEC), 카복시메틸셀룰로오스(CMC)) 및 실시예 4에서 제조한 셀룰로오스 겔의 틱소트로피 측정 결과이다. 도 2의 상측 도면은 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스(HEC)와 카복시메틸셀룰로오스(CMC) 는 실시예 4의 거동과 다르게 G" 대비 G'의 값이 선형을 나타냄으로써 졸-겔 틱소트로픽 성질을 나타내지 않는 것을 보여주는 그래프이다. 도 2의 하측 도면은 실시예 4의 cycle/15분 졸-겔 거동을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3a는 필라그린(Filaggrin) 발현량에 따른 실시예 4 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 겔의 보습 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3b는 카스파아제-14(Caspase-14)의 발현량에 따른 실시예 4 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 겔의 보습 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (18)
- 분쇄된 산화 박테리얼 셀룰로오스를 조성물 총 중량 기준으로 0.01-20 중량% 포함하는, 외력 감응성(thixotropic) 투명 겔 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄된 박테리얼 셀룰로오스의 피브릴의 길이는 5 nm 내지 5 μm이고, 직경은 5-100 nm인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박테리얼 셀룰로오스는 N-옥실 화합물, 브로민화 나트륨, 산화제를 포함하는 용액으로 처리된 것인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄는 800-1000 bar의 압력 조건의 고압균질기에 의해 이루어지는 것인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화된 박테리얼 셀룰로오스는 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 질량 대비 0.4 mmol/g 내지 2.0 mmol/g 의 카르복실기를 포함하는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 투과율 90% 이상의 투명한 성상을 가지는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 피부 보습용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 자외선에 대한 피부 보호용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 안티폴루션(anti-pollution)용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 항 피부노화용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 항산화용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 열보호용인, 화장료 조성물.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 산화 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 겔의 제조방법:
N-옥실 화합물 및 산화제를 포함하는 용액을 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 시트에 처리하여 산화 반응시키는 단계; 및
상기 산화된 박테리얼 셀룰로오스를 고압 균질화 하는 단계.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 시트는 평균 입경 (D50) 1500 μm 이하의 크기로 분쇄된 것인, 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 산화 반응 용액은 브로민화 나트륨을 더 포함하는 것인, 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 고압 균질화는 800-1000 bar의 압력조건 하에서 수행되는 것인, 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 고압 균질화 된 산화 박테리얼 셀룰로오스의 피브릴의 길이는 5 nm 내지 5 μm이고, 직경은 5-100 nm인, 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 산화 박테리얼 셀룰로오스 겔은 겔 총 중량을 기준으로 산화 박테리얼 셀룰로오스를 0.01-20 중량% 포함하는 것인, 방법.
